31/7/2023 07:07 | Seems ridiculously undervalued but it's not alone in that at the moment. Maybe should think about a full market listing? | stemis
31/7/2023 06:35 | A solid H1 trading update, with revenues up 24% and the order books up 30% on the year end, providing strong visibility in meeting expectations. Cenkos have retained their forecast of 5.81p EPS this year, i.e a P/E of only 5.7, and say Buy. Plus there's strong cash generation this year, with "FY23E FCF expected to be £7.2m indicating a current FCF yield of 17%". | rivaldo
26/7/2023 14:03 | Added a few today, these are silly prices. | celeritas
22/7/2023 05:08 | Quite easy. Do what they have said. Expand sales into new markets exploit the additional capacity within their factories, control input costs, reduce debt, pick up bolt on brands in a heavily fragmented market rinse and repeat. Sounds easy but the market is worried around debt for any company and operating margins. I think we will be ok here and hopefully get an update that this is progressing here. Very interested in how they ramp up earol with giving additional marketing attention and also the one for kids which is a huge market that is underserved. | deanowls
21/7/2023 14:05 | Unloved…but better days ahead…coming from increased distribution deals and new product releases. Not sure what can propel these back to 60p let alone 90p | 1jat
18/7/2023 11:12 | Good results from Aph this morning. Good read across for kelo cote and hopefully a good trading update maybe next week. | deanowls
18/7/2023 10:20 | Great read across from APH this morning, kelo up 20% which I believe is produced by VLG. I expect a trading ahead on the next update which should be in the next week based on last year. Earol hopefully being exploited and rolled out further. | deanowls
05/7/2023 13:32 | thedudle - not sure that's true. most companies grant options at the same time of year every year - some will do well, others not so. The granting of options is neither a good or bad sign - they simply get them as part of a remuneration package. Non-executives buying (and in quantity) is far more telling. | wooster4
05/7/2023 07:43 | I wouldn't be surprised if that "happens" to be very good timing .... In most companies options appear retrospectively to be issued at good times in the evolution of their share-price ...for some reason :) | thedudie
05/7/2023 06:52 | Director buying, now execs loaded up on options. IMO those are very good signs....let's see DYOR | qs99
27/6/2023 07:47 | Yep, particularly being a decent-sized buy from a non-exec too: | rivaldo
27/6/2023 07:09 | Great seeing further director buying yesterday. Huge vote of confidence in the future of this company. | pngasef
15/6/2023 12:51 | What's the odds that 120k is a director buy, the current share price is crazy. | celeritas
12/6/2023 08:59 | Venture Life Group (VLG) Capital Markets Day - 6th June 2023 Venture Life Group plc, a leader in developing, manufacturing and commercialising products for the international self-care market, hosted a capital markets event for analysts and investors, on 6 June 2023, senior executives, operational management and product champions presented. Watch the video here: Or listen to the podcast here: | tomps2
06/6/2023 18:34 | Now on the train following a full afternoon with VLG. Tamsin of PI World did recording which will exceed 3 hours. The presentation document will weigh in at over 100 pages and will be available soon. Attendance was between 50 and 60 people, though that included a fair number of staff. The full team from Biokosmes manufacturing facility in Italy attended and were generous with their time and knowledge. Key point is there is no acquisition in the pipeline for this FY. Concentration is on organic growth and cash generation. Thanks to everyone who put the time and effort in organising the event. Eagle Eye | eagle eye
05/6/2023 12:51 | Had a top up earlier, this is a long term hold with the current share price a total anomaly. | celeritas

26/5/2023 13:16 | They also had a further £20m open to them on the same terms. It might be worth taking advantage as interest rates were much lower when the RCF was taken out. The RCF was essentially for cash generating acquisitions. | celeritas
26/5/2023 10:06 | Good point and hopefully that is the case. | eagle eye
26/5/2023 09:06 | Surely any takeover would be covered by the £30m RCF. | celeritas
26/5/2023 08:22 | I may be wrong, but with recent share price weakness and Capital Markets Event coming up, maybe the City has wind of an acquisition and cash raise coming up. It's pure speculation but these things do happen. | eagle eye
25/5/2023 13:59 | Business is motoring along nicely, the current share price is an anomaly so no wonder a director took a nice chunk, he does like a £50k block. I expect we'll see a few more. I've no doubt Paul McGreevy is increasing Vlg's international footprint. | celeritas
25/5/2023 13:07 | Meaningful director purchase IMO/DYOR | qs99
25/5/2023 10:31 | A little top up for me, getting a nice avg now. You have to take advantage when the mkt is irrational. | celeritas |
