15/11/2018 16:06 | Market cap a mere £1.5million - 3.4million euro contract is pretty good but chart is one way - Either this will bounce big or not - | tomboyb
15/11/2018 12:27 | Furthermore, as part of an overall cost management program we have consolidated our adviser relationships and continue to look at PLC costs. Currently Cenkos remain as our Nominated Advisor and Co-Broker with Davy as ESM Advisor and Co-Broker. | tomboyb
15/11/2018 11:41 | Maybe they don't earn enough? Only kidding, at the moment they could save up for 2 years and buy the whole company. | arthur_lame_stocks
15/11/2018 11:29 | At these levels why are Directors not buying? | cocker
15/11/2018 08:02 | Skin TU today well worth a read. TO won't even cover ceo and side kicks wages for the year. Laughable really! | cocker
14/11/2018 16:41 | Must say VENN certainly laid on a nice spread, Chicken Goujons to die for | mr hangman
14/11/2018 15:45 | an appropriate venue perhaps? | elpirata
14/11/2018 15:43 | I have met Richardson at the Black Rat bar in Cornhill on a few occasions, comes across as he knows the industry inside out. | mr hangman
14/11/2018 15:15 | Richardson is on £250k pa. I might stick a grand on it as a fun punt but wouldnt seriously invest until theres transparancy about the current cash position & how its going to make a profit going forward ...and the share price has joined the aim 90%+ loss club over the past 18 months during his tenure | elpirata
14/11/2018 14:33 | Shame you didn't listen to your english teacher though ;p | gleach23
14/11/2018 14:18 | Glad i listerned to the posts here & sold at 8.25 | mr hangman
14/11/2018 13:19 | fe fi fu thumb is there about to be another round of funding to come? | cocker
09/11/2018 19:41 | Totally agree Arthur. The current management has failed shareholders. Get rid of the all and replace with decent management with business acumen and a focus on shareholder value - rather than their own back pockets! | jpuff
08/11/2018 17:39 | Maybe they need to look at the cost of the Board at over £700k per annum for a small company. Sorting that out would reduce PLC costs quite a lot. | arthur_lame_stocks
08/11/2018 17:03 | Well if they're keeping their employee resources intact as they say, ready for 'go', then either they're deluded, or pretty confident; because that level of overhead has been present for at least 2 years, with no increase in revenue. (Or its a gravy train). | yump
08/11/2018 16:45 | at an share price of 3p venn now has an mcap of £2.15m with full year 2017 turnover indicated circa €15m and say €2m loss. any views on whether its a recovery play, or just a business in decline? | elpirata
08/11/2018 16:18 | Who on earth would give this management any more cash? | the big fella
08/11/2018 13:19 | Not great news but all said and done, more of possibly the same over coming months would have a positive impact. Let's hope for no new funds as this would be the final straw. | cocker
08/11/2018 11:30 | "continue to look at PLC costs" Does that mean take the company private at or near the nadir, issue some more shares to certain people at a pittance and then refloat under a different name, if business picks up at a multiple of that share price. Businesses are clearly not falling over each other to use Venn. Regardless of 'delay' talk, revenue has been gradually dropping for some years. | yump
10/10/2018 13:06 | Well going against the grain I took a small punt on these today. Trading at a substantial discount to net current assets including cash. The shares in Integumen may prove to be worth something one day. Cash flow is about neutral. and the psr is quite appealing. If they ever sort their act out these could easily double or more. Not a large punt, i'm prepared to see how it works out. | arthur_lame_stocks
26/9/2018 11:12 | "Positively, Venn is developing its reputation in the high-growth, rare disease segment through successful project execution and new client wins," said Davy analyst Andrew Young. The stockbroker said it would review its forecasts for Venn "in due course". I dont know why they bother | elpirata
25/9/2018 13:04 | Buying shares in companies like Venn is not investing-its handing money to cowboys to do with it as they please and and spend as they want-mainly on themselves. imo | cumnor |
