fall on Integumen prelims despite it now being divested? Mcap now circa £6.8m looks cheap if ebitda positive this year which it certainly should be. Management not very proactive with shareholders/market updates though

Why don't you grow some and find a chart that looks good and knock that on the basis of some reasoning or critical analysis ?

Don't answer that - I think we all know the answer already.

I don't think anyone here realizes the importance of this guy

He was the OWNER and FOUNDER of the last VENN acquisition

He is the guy that was going to be so important to VENN going forwards into a new area of service offering

Now not only has he gone but other Dutch staff have followed him out the door

well i bit the bullet and had a small top up at 14.99p. think this wee company has loads of potential but suspect might be a bit of a stock overhang with the retirement of dutch ned at end of year. he held a lot of shares. notwithstanding this the share is at a real lowpoint but the business looks like it is making all the right moves and heading in a good direction. read the full year results.

a bit of director buying support would not go amiss, share price is at a 3 year low on circa £9m mcap and Sept interims should report decent ebitda positive on new contracts with Integumen now divested

The business is heading in the right direction, strange the share price heading the other way.

The range is getting tighter and tighter, it's getting close to decision time:

Top up time methinks. It's perfectly normal for there to be a lot of doubt about the potential of a relatively new and growing company. The changes on the Dutch side are not unexpected once integration of the business has been achieved. Senior Dutch execs get paid very well and are usually very forthright and the most difficult thing to achieve,in my experience, is the change of culture and this very often leads to clashes. Regarding senior execs selling - there would have been RNS announcements but I'm not aware of any news.

All that's actually happened in the real world, is that they said they were going to break into profit and they didn't.

Being at this stage of the business is not the same as making profits for a few years and then going into loss. Breaking into profit for the first time often can't be pinned down to a specific time period, especially when dependent on contracts, rather than predictable organic growth.

However, I don't think they've got long to either announce some more substantial contracts, or give some firm guidance on the likelihood of profit some time quite soon. Patience with positive evidence is OK, patience without runs out pretty quickly.

Riv, Trades are not always what they seem. For example I once the sold 150k worth of shares at approx £40k & two days later they were up here on advfn shown as a buy, once that order had been filled. I am not saying that the 100k was a defo sell or buy, but trades are not always what they seem on these aim listed tiddler's. The above post also say's it all. Management need to restore the faith before market reacts positively to the share price

A share price halving in six months Says something has gone wrong

The 100k was obviously a Buy at 15.9p. It was today's trade - and the share price hasn't been above 15.5p mid-price for at least a week.

Well on advfn buy / sells are quite often not correct. So unless someone comes on & confirms to us all it was their trade I will treat it with a pinch of salt. Quite often Love it if an order is sitting in the wings, it will not be reported until it has been filled, ie the seller could have placed this order when the share price was at 18p.

Riv, trade was reported as a late trade so could actually be a sell. In all fairness until there is a new update the market is unlikely to rerate Venn. when it does, then just then I might be tempted back in, but still on the side lines for now. I do hope though that shareholders do get some reward for their patience.

Correct

Thus his loss is now being very Keenly felt I would imagine

Hence the job vacancies

Will contracts suffer as a result ?

This guy was the owner/founder of Kinesis and still owns over 7% of VENN shares I believe

Well done. Another share you can knock, because its down and you can look more credible. Wait for some worry, doubt and some lack of clarity from a business and away you go...

Why don't you knock some shares that are doing well, where you think you can smell a rat ?

Well, we all know the answer to that don't we.
