25/9/2018 12:06 | When is the next cash call coming?. My guess before the years out. | cocker
25/9/2018 08:26 | What a f...ing disaster of an investment this has been for me. I must make a note of the directors so I don't waste anymore of my hard earned cash in any companies they are managing in future! | jpuff
17/9/2018 19:10 | lol it was rather pointless imo | elpirata
17/9/2018 16:24 | Looks like the RNS reminded someone that they've got shares, so they sold them. | yump
17/9/2018 07:00 | Another related transaction between a company Venn holds approx 17% in. Although it looks & sounds good, maybe the market may see it as another smoke screen. | cocker
17/9/2018 06:42 | molatovkid Yes there is a rns at 7am and sounds very good to me | curlly
17/9/2018 06:28 | No RNS as yet (why not??) but this looks a promising link-up.... | molatovkid
16/7/2018 14:22 | LBO called this and SKIN right SKIN now basically frazzled LBO21 Mar '18 - 08:59 - 45 of 49 0 0 0 What is it they say about the definition of stupidity and repeating the same thing? This is Alltracel all over again and with the same people connected to it so why would we expect a different outcome except more shareholders losing more money. | buywell3
16/7/2018 09:13 | Venn, Skin......Mugs. Lets hope the latter have all dried up at least...... | cumnor
16/7/2018 06:18 | Skin results out today. Within a year the company has basically failed after blowing 2+ million since its IPO. Richardson stepping down & the new CEO & Finance officer are from Cellulac, the company they had just failed to buy. What a murky world AIM has become. Lets see what happens this Friday. | cocker
10/7/2018 13:00 | More likely just wants to offload his shares before they go bust | login
10/7/2018 12:44 | dont worry the CEO has a plan In the next three years, Richardson wants to see the business exceed €50 million in revenue with full service capability in Europe and a global client base. | elpirata
07/7/2018 10:58 | I see SKIN, the VENN spin off has failed with its reverse take over. Having lost some 80% of its value since its IPO, who on earth would participate in another fund raise. | cocker
05/7/2018 09:19 | Must say VENN put on a great spread at the Black Rat bar in the City a couple of years ago, Chicken Goujons and a decent claret, went down very well | mr hangman
04/7/2018 11:06 | I'm nursing a fourteen grand paper lose in these and I wonder how that's been "invested" for the better to enhance future share holder value by the BOD. No doubt spent on a jolly and liquid lunches! | jpuff
04/7/2018 07:29 | More to the point, what can one do about it?! | jpuff
04/7/2018 06:23 | Oh What can one possibly say about Venn & the way it has failed to deliver to its shareholders. | cocker
27/6/2018 16:26 | Anyone go to the AGM ? | jpuff
25/5/2018 08:20 | Just tried some digging on the reverse take over of Cellulac by Skin. Company director has 15 directorships of which 10 have ceased. Cellulac accounts last filed in 2016 & are long overdue. Can not find out without paying, whether Richardson is a shareholder or not. It as if all these guys blatantly pursue acquisitions as a way to hide their failings. What a murky world these men have created. | cocker |
