05/4/2018 12:07 | Keeps putting new lows. | likitorma
31/3/2018 22:33 | Oh dear, someone else who doesn't get enough ego-massaging in the real world. | yump
30/3/2018 16:52 | I spotted this was a dog in 2016 columbarius - 04 Oct 2016 - 08:59:28 - 584 of 1145 I do wonder about the quoted sale valuation. Surely Innoven is a dog otherwise they would retain it or else sell it for cash??? Is this convoluted insider deal a means of passing off Innoven at an inflated price, bundled up with a few add-ons, to mug punters down the line? AdamB1978 - 04 Oct 2016 - 09:50:06 - 588 of 1145 How is this some stitch-up? VENN shareholders (us) will, after this, own the same number of shares in a more profitable VENN (given that the Innovenn costs will have gone) and a number of shares in a blue-sky growth company. columbarius - 04 Oct 2016 - 09:57:37 - 589 of 1145 Stitch up your words. I'm not suggesting Venn shareholders are disadvantaged if it all goes through, though I do think that 'sale price' is all smoke and mirrors and so doesn't reflect well on the company. | columbarius
26/3/2018 16:17 | Blimey This is starting to look a tad serious chartwise | buywell3
24/3/2018 08:39 | I was taking a look at the figures and I noticed that in fixed assets there is investments of £1.9m. Does anyone know if this is the Integumen shareholding? If so isn't it only worth about £400k now? Other than that these look quite interesting but the FD being canned with no notice is maybe a red flag, are there any nasties lurking in the books? | arthur_lame_stocks
21/3/2018 18:24 | Don't see why LBO as a replacement is being sort. I think VENN will need to get results out sharp to steady the ship though. | cocker
21/3/2018 17:49 | The Nomad should have this suspended now with no FD | lbo
21/3/2018 08:52 | Rats deserting the sinking ship. It's Alltracell part deux. Investors left with nothing but losses | lbo
21/3/2018 07:27 | Did the strategic review include Finance officer stepping down. Within two days I have now gone from slightly optimistic to now hopeful. lol | cocker
19/3/2018 17:54 | No contract announcements for well over a year and a strategic review of what is actually a small business in its market, leads me to think that I don't really want to see any updates. A strategic review in a small business basically means the business plan wasn't working and that shareholders funds have not been used to expand a viable business, but just to keep it going. It remains to be seen whether the delays at interims fed into the second half, therefore making up the turnover. In which case, I don't much like the look of the first half we're in now. Unless significant contracts are actually unlikely because their work has now successfully been spread amongst a lot more clients. Lets hope so. | yump
19/3/2018 17:22 | Anyone have any idea when VENN will announce results. I know TU was in Feb but being slightly optimistic results will coincide with perhaps better news. Cheers C. | cocker
19/3/2018 16:27 | SKIN down 32% today. what a disastrous spin out that has proved to be for some investors. Mud sticks & Richardson needs to be very careful as the market is often very unforgiving when considering future funding where he is at the helm or involved. | cocker
07/3/2018 18:19 | Good to see a 104k purchase this morning on NEX to suggest perhaps our accumulator is still at it... | gleach23
28/2/2018 09:54 | Nice timing gleach23 :o)) Hopefully that was the bottom. | rivaldo
28/2/2018 09:18 | The last statement is so vague that there is no way of telling whether there will be any eps. "improved EBITDA" could mean anything and if it refers to an improvement over the 300K ish in 2016, it would have to be significant to result in any earnings, as I am 100% certain there will be exceptionals to come off. Hopefully they'll surprise me. | yump
28/2/2018 09:11 | mcap is a paltry £5.9m | elpirata
28/2/2018 09:09 | Agree, looks like a 12p plus short term, is on the cards. Just maybe worth a punt! | cocker
28/2/2018 08:58 | looks like this is consolidating from 9p, im looking for 20p based on eps & cash | elpirata
26/2/2018 12:22 | Had a cheeky little top up after noticing some buying activity and a firming of the quote on the Offer...this after deciding against any top ups on Friday :/ | gleach23
21/2/2018 17:37 | It looks as if the drop in cash is down to infrastructure charges to comply with its customers. For me it now needs only organic growth, if only to prove that Venn is a viable company. | cocker
20/2/2018 23:27 | "The Board has concluded that, in order to maximise operational leverage in the business, it makes sense to focus on both organic and in-organic revenue growth in the near term" If inorganic growth is not acquisitions, what is it ? | yump
20/2/2018 19:25 | might be worth revisiting this at the current share price - mcap is £5,490,000 using the same margin ratios as H1, full year ebitda should pan out circa €835,000 ie £735,000 ie eps 1.2p end of year there was also 1.75p cash per share in issue co. is now supposedly focussing on margins instead of buying turnover via acquisitions, share price should have bottomed around current share price & expect a Cenkos note coinciding with prelims - could be a good entry point at a basic P/E of 10 plus cash? | elpirata
20/2/2018 16:54 | Is anyone still holding here? I assume Techinvest have now bailed out? Desperately need some good news.... and soon. | investordave
15/2/2018 08:59 | Nothing in the statement, so share price does nothing. Perhaps on these occasions the market is rational. The absence of negatives (possible revenue hit) is I suppose a positive and may mean that they would actually have posted a revenue gain, if the delayed work hadn't been put back to Q1 2018. I don't know why they can't just say they're on the acquisition trail. To be fair though, the world is full of people who seem incapable of just saying what they mean clearly and what are called 'presentation skills' seem to involve padding out simple stuff with a load of waffle. There's some good examples in the headers for tech. stocks on here. | yump
15/2/2018 07:56 | Was hoping the update would be great so could make some money here but sadly it's neither great nor terrible so cannot see much movement or volume this morning to get involved. | dave4545 |
