Ruffer should have sold out a long time ago and not waited until the shares were worthless, this highlights the reason I suspect a lot of the more sensible experienced investors manage their own ISA's etc is so that they don't sit on losing positions or buy glaring rubbish in the first place. Appalling client funds management, but it doesn't matter when it's other people's money does it.

By sensible investors, I obviously don't include idiots like the imperialist or others who gambled on this junk in the first place.

Just my opinion.

It's had finance raises pending before, but this is the lowest share price ever and the highest dump volume ever, so this is different.

Like I said if the technology works , and there is a potential market for the product then the GOV should fund it , the Banks were bailed out just for their incompetence at running a business , and now of course they will take Billions in bonuses for what exactly , easy profits for the number crunchers .

Find it very difficult to ascertain the exact T's and C's of the CLN's, it would appear they were issued at the last 2.5p fund raise, but it seems a bit vague, also there's some talk of conversion if a US listing occurs, well good luck on that.

Also, is there not a 12.5% interest charge on them at some point? It actually is quite a complex CLN issue with lots of vague variables.. That's an avoid just on that basis alone.

I've never viewed this as a business, occasionally it provides a trading opportunity, but I'm wondering if this could go bust, what kind of idiot would keep pumping money into this anyway.
