Never went below 1p? Yes it has, in Nov 2019, hitting a low of 0.94p, as one of the large holders cleared out a large chunk of their shares (and they were in a similar "they're running out of cash" position.) I picked up many shares then at between 0.97p - 1.15p to average my position down and by Feb the next year they hit 6.6p, I eventually dumped most of my position at between 12-16p when I needed the funds for a house deposit at a massive profit.. good times. I think we may well have seen another overhang of a large holder trying to dump 10m shares, but there were plenty buyers on the other side, who eventually pushed it positive since the plunge.

When u get this sort of technology then yes it will require funding , that is the main reason for the city , it's not there for you or I to make easy money , this will take years to become a proper business , not for day traders , even ABRO still has millions in here with no easy profits in sight.2024 should be a better year .

They'll soon blow through their remaining cash, expect another raise in time.

This isn't a business, it should be backed by private VC funds and not listed, the amount of money this company has blown through is eye watering.

Immingham will take years to get get anywhere.

The TR1 on 25th Aug from Amati AIM VCT plc explains a lot.

The transition from 4p to 2.5p in May was clearly the funding round; my expectation was for VLS to trade back to 4p relatively quickly. The transition from 2.5p to 1.5p is now also clear and is a classic overhang with Amati AIM VCT moving from 3.91% to 2.89%; with 48m shares left last week.

So; do they need to sell it all? I assume that an AIM VCT cant hold US dual listed shares and this is the reason for them exiting; but I may be wrong; perhaps someone here could clarify?

We wont see another TR1 because they have dipped below 3% but at 1.5p per share with about 40m left that's £600k of sales to clear the overhang.

I'm with "The Imperialist", this is now a special market situation which may unwind quickly...
