Someone that travels.... I can be on my lap top anywhere, that's the beauty of modern day tech. But frankly when i'm in the UK i often work early hours, esp if waiting for stateside updates.

Anyhow what i do is up to me, makes no difference to how VAL trade

Porky. I really do have to give you credit for your relentless drive in deramping.
However im not medically qualified to call you mad (although have studied biological psychology exploring the brain on my first BSc) but you do appear to be slightly deranged if you think val is not undervalued. When i think back to your historical ramping episodes (some on lse at 3 in the morning! Even though you say you are abroad lol. Who does that ?)i have to consider the possibility that you are not well. Slater adam. Suzy. Rns yesterday. Theorom confidence in raising cash. Cenkos report. DYOR

Good sign.... We've had some good director and large share holder buys here recently which is a good sign.Looking positive with yesterdays rns and cash injection.Hopefully we get deal news in the not to distant future.Plenty of positives here...:-)

4D had 14 drug lines at various stages and 1 close to commercialisation awaiting FDA updates.
It was in bed with AZN and Merck
It had its own labs and manufacturing business
It had a Vaccine with milestones with Merck

Despite the above it still failed to secure funding. The administrators now seek a buyer and it will likely go prepack and SH lose 100% - if SH are lucky it might secure a sensible honest deal and they see something back but the way the market is more likely it will be some doggy prepack and SH get shafted.

IF 4D cant get funded what makes you think some two bit stateside start up will?

As for VAL today if i was in your position Nick i would do exactly the same but should shares rise to 13.5p bid i would top slice for 35% gain on your placing shares to de-risk.

The mcap may look cheap BUT the market ugly. IF THX dont get funded they will need to revert to a plan B which will take longer and meanwhile cash is burning with no revenue in. Many Bios are trading UNDER their cash position currently. VAL have a 12 mth runway.

I say again, the lab deal needs to be done to secure future incomes and this will be via a placing and i still have concerns about gaps in the BOD knowledge due to the handling of THX, 301 and the CENKOS warrants deal

Call me what you like but to imply this comes without downside risk is a folly

Odd you deramp Val with 2.5m cash and mkt cap 10m with monthly cash burn of 100k Yet you ramp Dddd with mkt cap of 50m and monthly burn of 2m !!Dddd is bustOh dear porky ..bullish Val at 50p and bearish at 10p = CLUELESS

To be fair those in the 10p placement can make a very nice 20% to 30% so no complaints there. My own stock recovered a bit yesterday so cant complain. If it does another jump might take it before some of the bigger players do.

Triple news was a positive but it will be 6-8 years before they see any actual revenues from this if at all. There is already a drug coming onto the market for the NHS so this one is probably too late frankly, boat left already:-


201 at THX, well we have been waiting 9mths already and they haven't secured funding, this needs to happen but its a struggle for start ups to get funded. If they still haven't secured funding in the next few weeks I can see the share price taking a hit, they will have burnt through more cash without any means of getting revenue in other than by further raises.

Then we have the 6.5m of share options to be confirmed and IMO a possible discounted placing to support a lab. They need that lab to support future revenues once placing income drys up. If i were them i would do it sooner rather than wait should THX not get finance and the share price materially fall.

Sitting back and watching how events unfold. I stand by my call that i need to see board additions.
