I'm waiting for the explosive dust to settle after the placing to see where Valrix share price ends up before even considering buying any shares.

I have an online Halifax share dealing account. Normally gives notification of share offers but on this occasion I've had nothing. When I contacted them I told the person on the phone to notify Turner Pope on my behalf he said it wasn't up to them to contact another broker. Waste of time. Hence I purchased a few on the open market at slightly over the odds.

Not long to take up the Option for those interested:

“ To provide shareholders and other investors who did not have the opportunity to participate in the Placing, the Company has granted an option (the "Broker Option") to Turner Pope Investments, subject to the completion of the Fundraise, to invite subscriptions for up to an additional 10,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Broker Option Shares") at the Issue Price. The Broker Option is exercisable any time before 8.00 a.m. on 4 July 2022. As far as is practical, participation in the Broker Option will be prioritised for shareholders (direct or indirect) on the register at the close of business on 29 June 2022 ("Existing Shareholders"). If the Broker Option is fully taken up, it will raise an additional GBP1.0 million. A further announcement will be made once the Broker Option Shares have been fully subscribed and the Broker Options declared closed. If the Broker Option is not fully subscribed by 8.00 a.m. on 4 July 2022, orders from eligible investors will be satisfied in full, and the balance of the Broker Option shall lapse. Further details regarding participation, the eligibility criteria, the order of priority, and details regarding settlement, are set out in more detail below.”

Definitely think the share price is going to drop more in this economic climate.

Agreed -those taking placing shares will prob consider themselves lucky to have sold in market for a small turn but the volatility of Markets are such that our share price may well fall below 10p in the near term & I will consider buying again if that happens & ,if not ,I may well be saving a few quid !

Best to wait until after the placing next week to buy any shares in my opinion.

The gravy train continues.

15 years and no income at all for Val.

Directors hold limited shares.

Bet Suzy had a nice glass of champagne on the train home from the AGM last night.

I took the trouble to look up the CEO of TheoremRx. Dr Patrick Frankham. Along with Dr Ken Sorenson. They have a great track record and certainly know their stuff. Suzy may very well be right when she says TheoremRx are the best candidates to take the project forward. Time will tell. We just need them to sort their funding out and we'll be up and running.

I just noticed that. £138,450 quids worth. Stinks a bit doesn't it. Price manipulation to let the big boys in? Someone likes them a lot!
