The Corporate graveyard is full of CEOs who over promised & underdelivered
& SD can have no excuses having been super confident of imminency ,until today .When the delay was first announced we(longs) hoped that the deal would be concluded long before 31/3…..
Let’s hope 30/6 proves to be the unnecessarily long stop date which we hoped for in Dec & that the deal concludes in weeks not months.SD shoukd now be working on Plan B too

I’ve gone the other way .

No point crying over spilt milk.

Deal is still achievable and I think will happen. Suzy May have learnt not to be too optimistic but it’s a learning curve for her so give her some leeway.

I’ve been angry before but don’t feel that way today. A rare glass half full day for me.

Chesty, you slagged me off for getting out of SNG at £2.17.

Remember?

Well I half expected it. So what was her contingency plan she was going on about. Got to say she was well out of order shouting from the rooftops how super confident she was

Sorry folks but I don't agree you can blame nico - nico115 - at all. It is up to us as adults with our own cash that we think things through for ourselves. If a statement is made on here we independently verify it. The state of mind of being in at 6p is totally different from those who arrived at 30p. If you have trebled your money or more then you are just going to be more confident.

As I intimated before and got knocked for it, if the directors don't have skin in the game then why should we be believe their optimistic statements? That statement from last week was an obvious signal to sell into the buying and the ra-ra bs on this board. Investors were not waiting for a statement about all the other projects - that should have come out after a 201 success statement to further propel the shares upward and set up for a good placing price.

'The LOI and proposed Licence Agreement (as referred to in the announcement of 2 November 2021) therefore remain non-binding and there is no guarantee that this Licence Agreement will be executed or that it will generate material revenues within the expected timeframe or at all.' Hmm, wonder which one it will be ....

Nick Slater is a snake. Anyone who trusts him deserves to lose.

Yes, got the impression there was a few mates lurking about if he gets caught out, or id aliases. I've learnt some really tough investment lessons in the last 12-24 months. Wiser and skint !!

Personally I wouldn't touch Val now with a barge pole. Anyone who's buys the dip is taking a huge risk because a fund raise is highly likely and no guarantee of a deal in June either. The rns from 15/4 was Valrix covering themselves. Not happy with Suzy misleading investors with her confidence tweets. I'd also question Slater encouraging people to buy the dip. This clown has his own agenda in place so beware folks as has been pointed out by myself and other people in the past regarding Mr Slater and his close ties to individuals directly involved in the company.

Disgraceful lifestyle incompetents. Stating there may not even be anything at all bold as brass. Reduced my holding in this dog after earlier b/s luckily (for once). Snake oil reps, and nothing else. Fuming. P.S NS is a pretender. Caught him out lying on STX, and his mate came in saying I was a troll. Yeah, right lads.

Guess what? People with no skin in the name fail to deliver. This moment is not the time for a CE to be extremely confident of finding funding for a pharma company. Very difficult to say that June would be any more likely, although it is 6 months after the original date. Why did any body think that holding pattern memo of last week was anything but a diversion?

Could see this coming a mile off. So much for Suzy and her tweets. 100 percent a certain person had prior knowledge of this hence why they remained deathly silent when directly asked by myself and other posters on here!
