Can you identify/specify in the CEO's Statements re the Letter of Intent re Licencing Deal where she expressly 'promised' the deal and initial payment would be confirmed by Year End. I believe it was an aim only of which she and BoD were confident would be achieved by YE. However, while disappointed myself that the deal wasn't signed by then, I accept things can drag on. I hope TheoremRx get their fundraiser successfully done asap and Licencing deal with VAL signed as I think it will be a game changer for VAL going forward. I would imagine the BoD are doing everything they can on their side to assist TheoremRx re any DD that investors/funders of them need to give them the confidence to invest so the deal can be done. I would fat rather have the right deal than a rushed deal.

Suzy killed the share here with her promises of a deal and cash before Xmas.

Should really apologise for the hit to shareholders. Very amateurish the whole episode .

Come on Suzy you can do it.

Surely positive news is around the corner. A deal on 201 and 301 simultaneously would take us to orbit.

About time Val delivered some decent deals giving us income.

Lost opportunity here. Price was 43p just before new year and if Suzy delivered the deal as hinted at before new year , we would have likely been in the 50’s by now.

Instead we languish in the twenty’s now.

That’s the cost of non delivery by the CEO.

Let’s hope she had learnt a valuable lesson. I don’t buy all this nice person persona is great. Give me a ruthless business person any time of the day. Do you think Alan Sugar got were he is today being nice.!!!!

Yes but its very difficult for a small co like theorem to raise funds in the US at current state of the markets .Banks and investment funds are under-achieving their revenue targets and they are very reluctant to lend out. They'll probably waiting for interest rises before lending.
