The share price held up well for a good few days and remained flat unlike the majority of companies when the war kicked off . My concern is we are going to see the gains we expected like the 50/60p muted across the boards . Atm we be lucky to see mid 30s sadly if the deal is signed off ... I've seen it before with many companies who do loads of publicity and presentations bigging it up and the end result is nothing which is my fear hear. . I bought more yesterday so let's see what happens, but as I've said to Suzy in emails it seems crazy to say it's out of your hands regards the timeline

I got this wrong as only saw downside to 27p Pre 201 news Saying that we have had the little issue of a war as wellGutted people can buy here whilst I'm limited as to how many more I can buy as I have a large posi already and refuse to put all eggs in one basket

Last of the small weak sellers this last few days, build up to the news now Suzy's stuck her neck on the block here which after all the hard work she would not do imho.

I had a funny feeling we would end up back at 20p. Market pricing in no deal in my opinion

Still very very low volume. If the price was going down on the back of millions of shares being sold would be really worried but the MMS have taken this down over 33% in last few weeks on no volume at all.

If the deal is done in time should see both significant volume and increase in share price .

Ragnarr I hope that contingency plan she spoke about is a good un. The longer this goes on the less convinced I am that Sorensen is going to come up with the funds. Suzy gave the opinion back in January that end of March was a giving plenty of leeway. This was after saying end of year 21. I'm not convinced. It's all taking too long. If it wasn't for Adam Hargreaves who seems to know his onions and a certain Nick Slater I think I'd have done a runner by now. Let's hope my scepticism is misplaced. Good luck all Sooty

Doh.....Here we are back to 21p with only three weeks to the end of March. Suzy may be "full of confidence" but this is getting really drawn out now. She's going to look a right plonker if this doesn't deliver. Has anyone come up with anything about this company TheoremRx? I found some info on Ken Sorensen but nothing whatsoever on the company apart from another company with the same name which I thought a little weird

Synectics PLC said Tuesday that it has been awarded a five-year contract with National Grid PLC to provide security management software support.

The U.K. provider of security and surveillance systems said that although the total contract value was confidential it expected to recognize revenue of around 600,000 pounds ($786,240) in fiscal 2022, and that this would lessen in each of the remaining years of the contract.

"This further expands Synectics' footprint in high-security infrastructure markets, where we have a strongly differentiated product offering," Chief Executive Paul Webb said.

Shares at 0901 GMT were up 2.50 pence, or 2.3%, at 112.50 pence.

Got to say here the price has fallen nearly 30% over past week or two on very little volume .

Gives me hope that if deal doesn’t come we should see very heavy vilumr to take this back up

I follow this stock as I hold shares in it. No hidden agenda. "It's after your shares" jeeze, I'm not an entity, I'm a prolific Investor, you make me laugh.

People are just simply having open discussions and evaluating possibilities, I'm saying nothing here.

I will look back in here 31/3 and see where we are. GL

Porky on lse. Masked cover. Very predictable. Suzy has always had 3 year plan. To try and scare shareholders by saying cenkos will activate warrants. Please see Aug rns. 12 months required before activation. Message to all shareholders iceman and porky trying to lower price for buy. Look at icemans complete turnaround today. Look at there historical comments. They synergies together. DONT BE FOOLED!
