TheoremRX Twitter has 11 followers. Looks like they are all VAL private investors.

NB "complete confidence" turned up as "full of confidence". Why are people so confident in TheoremRX.?

What i like is Suzys confidence in her tweets to shareholders. I share nick slaters point of view in that if no deal she would be ousted from her position as Director for misleading shareholders. Her style of communication has always been cagey however this time is the first time i have ever seen her this confident

You would hope this wouldn’t be taken to the final days. By then any increase in share price will have been swallowed up by the fall in price on the days preceding it as people sell getting nervous

Deal is said to be completed by end of the quarter so doubt it will be announced today to be fair. Let's hope we do in fact hear something as Suzie said back in September/October that something was in place and we have received basically no more news.

Good if you could answer the question Jason. I own some shares, but just to keep track as I'm not convinced yet. A few years ago before the new management nico criticised you for always being bullish. I think you would have to be an idiot to be short this, not because it is so good, but because it is a binary risk.

For a man who sold a company a few years back I cannot fathom why Kevin Cox has spent sod all on shares, same for Suzy. Have I missed a huge number of options he has? He's not going to get rich on 250,000 shares in the near term.

Worth actually reading the tweets - It really is beyond comprehension suzy Dilly could post such comments if the deal was not actually sorted.https://twitter.com/DillySuzy/with_replies

Just re-reading the letter of intent, the only date I can see is the end of 2023. I don't understand the drivers for a swift resolution. Looking at the website of TheoremRx, it only started last year ( I think this was actually stated in an RNS, but I may be wrong).

Secondly, Suzy talks about buying a lab, but surely £1m-ish isn't enough? Does that mean they would need another funding or have they already stated they have funding in place? Just trying to get my head around this. I think If a CEO didn't say they were very confident it would be an exception.

Do you think she would send out her tweets the way she has just recently if she was not confident. Suzy in all the years ive know her has never tweeted with this amount of confidence. Im convinced

Suzy also said a good chance before new year was out.

People have short memories.

She is very very lax on deadlines. Erodes confidence completely.
