Porky, the end of December was never a deadline but an imaginary deadline dreamt up by posters.The end of March is also not a deadline, but an anticipated guide based on giving THX room to process funding which is time consuming and involves lots of red tape and hoops to jump through.

The fact remains that the end of December deadline was missed, and the long stop date is less than two weeks away and let’s face it this confirmation is business critical.

Now the CEO has given the strongest possible indication that the deal is done and its now a formality and confirmation is imminent. Even yesterday that still remained the case. So much so that I commented on both Twitter and LSE that the update was indeed going to land despite me being possibly one of the harshest critics of the arrangements for 201.

Unofficially, based on what was intimated, I was expecting the RNS yesterday if not today at open. Officially (RNS 5/1/22) the statement confirms “by end-Q1 2022” so they have an obligation to update the market on or before market close on Thursday 31st March either way if they need to take it right to the wire.

Personally, I see no reason why the confirmation won’t land but it would be wrong to insinuate that it is guaranteed when the official notices from the company state otherwise.

Finally, the presentation and Q&A scheduled for 6th April relates to the Operational and Strategy Update. I am specifically interested in this presentation as I am hoping for clarity on how the prospective integrated services entity fits in with the revised business and forward plans. As a shareholder I have a vested interested in this business continuing to be a success.

Let’s see how events unfold, based on Wednesday’s buying activity there is clearly confidence in a positive outcome.

Just need to break the 200 dma at about 28p and technically it should hopefully break upwards back to the 30's - fingers crossed!

Interesting RNS from Val yesterday. TheromemRX deal conditional on fund raise completion. Strange how Nick Slater has been silent on this when asked if he has any news on this especially considering his close connection to Mark Treharne.... Inside information maybe? 100 guarantee deal has been delayed.
