Hi Ronnie I hold a fair amount of stock and like all others am losing money.I don't intend to hold for more than another 3 or 4 months if SuZy is still Ceo .I agree with Porky this is uninvestable with Suzy as Ceo.Porky writes so much more sense than anyone else on here . Would love to see him and Adam on the BOD asap. It's urgently needed .Cheers

@porky. Time preference rate.
I’m really impressed with the amount of time you spend advising shareholders on lse and on here when your not invested yourself. The determination and relentless commitment to your concern for shareholders is admirable my friend.
However the timing of your posts and frequency indicates pure obsession driven by hatred. Why? Is it because you share slater slugs dislike of suzy and you are on slugs payroll? (That’s my view) or something more sinister! Anyway your obsession and behaviour would constitute a paragraph from the 1983 mental health act. Imho.
Would be interesting to calculate how much time you’ve spend on valirx when not invested. What a waste of valuable investment time. Obviously, before one of your Borg type followers comments about how ‘right’ you are. Think about this…

Actually, people post here because they do care. It is frustrating as hell to watch this company going to ruin due to the appalling way its being run.

"Shareholders will deserve what's coming".

"We desperately need change".

Say two folk not interested in the stock.

All this 24hr constant moaning must eventually effect your normality.
Zzzz go back over to the LSE forum and peddle your wares there for a while. All you are doing is having a conversation with yourself and your other
usual repetitive hombres.

TTFN.

If you're right Porky and maybe you will be ,shareholders will deserve all that's coming . If they can't see what's happening then I'm shocked and they shouldn't invest in shares . If mgmnt don't deliver over 3.5 years they don't deserve to have a job for life . Theoremx shambles has meant shares in issue will rise from 17m to 230m by year end under Suzy tenure meaning anyone looking for 20p (still a loss for many ) will require £2.70p equiv price .The whole BOD needs changing . The best outcome would be to have a raise with a new BOD who can make a fresh start . That's one I would invest in . Any raise with this BOD would be suicidal and would leave Val in tatters .

Not in my book, we desperately need change, doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome is pure madness. But unfortunately this needs to run its course. IMO the situation for LTH will get far worse before it gets better.

justification for NOT calling the BOD out........ well the way i see it, the timing is everything, we still have SH on the fence prepared to give her yet more time. Crazy in my book, but it's the way it is. This stock attracted a high level of small unsophisticated investors thinking that investing here would go towards finding cancer cures, they don't view it as a business led by a BOD out for their own benefit and as such still have faith THX will deliver because Suzy has been convincing with conviction that they will. Of course they wont but we still have to play along with this nonsense.

I know Nick disagrees on this following point but i think had that resolution been accepted, the final vote would have failed to remove her. Don't get me wrong, she 100% has to go along with the other dead wood on the board but calling it early could have proved a disaster, the closer to end of March the better as by then those on the fence i mention are more likely to call time on her, enough is enough by end of March the position more conclusive. I justify this comment because:-

If you look at the votes at last years AGM to re-elect Suzy for the next three year term it looked like this:-

FOR 25,973,930 V 3,527,189 AGAINST - Adam gave his 7,748,163 FOR her to remain

So even if you assume Adam is now waking up and smelling the coffee, the vote would still be lost 18m v 11m you would need more SH fed up with her to change their vote. Add to this Sanderson's 5m that may go to support her, irrespective of how dire she has been in the role, she could still hang on in.

Now with a resolution, it could be settled by votes from those at the meeting but i think she would put it to the SH base. There is no way on this planet she will do the right thing and stand down IMO and the other YES people on the BOD will vote to keep her to save their own necks.

Current situation is a nightmare for SH IMO hence why i consider the stock still totally uninvestable but live in hope ultimately it will change.

Raise Spend Repeat (RSR).

Generally:

So the requisition raised is deemed invalid... Who raised it?

Why is an Extra-Ordinary Meeting not called? Surely it is time to address the seeming company penchant to RSR?

Specifically:

Porky given your knowledge and many sage contributions is there a justification for not calling the Board out now?

It's been a pleasure following up the last couple of months on val.
This is a science little company which has been trying unsuccessfully some sort of research against cancer for more than 15 years. Unfortunately the last holdings RNS has unveiled the cancerous investors who have always been involved with val.
It has opened my eyes to avoid them like the plague, specially in their other investments.
The future cannot be bright if they are around; management here is totally to blame for selling the fate of this Company to the shortsighted traders, the ones who have relentlessly attacked porky (... and disappear).

@JasonPugh
Jason, Jason, ditch your conspiracy theories about me
DYOR and understand the stocks you are investing in and make your own calls not spending your time looking over your shoulder at what other specific investors are doing.

Once the TG group get all their shareholder holdings verified they will be back with a resolution and another coup attempt that will force them to go to vote at an EGM.

IMO i can tell you now, no way is she going to resign from a £170k+ roll when she has next no stock in the business and a commercial worth in a scientific roll anywhere else of about a third of that salary. But as they say, hell hath no fury (like a woman scorned).

Also as you like Conspiracy theories so much ask yourself why Tanvier used his company shell to take a declared position? Nobody in their right mind would do that in a share price clearly heading south, there is nothing here left to invest in. Yes, could be a punt from Jan on THX getting funded but i doubt it, more likely a possible future intro for death spiral finance by way of a CLN and voting support for Suzy.

I stand by my position that it will get ugly here before it gets better, anyone for a £1.5m loan convertible at a penny?

When the resolution gets proposed again, lets just hope SH do the right thing and back it. I see the delay as a good thing, that extra few weeks could really help those on the fence support votes for change
