Totally agree Nick, she has well and truly shafted her Shareholders, smiling at them whilst posting Unconcerned tweets, time has to be called on this.

New team, New vision required, totally agree better to raise new funds for new BOD than keep this lot running it as a lifestyle business.

Cash burn also needs to go back to under 350k per quarter. A total hold put on wasting £600k on a biobank, they need a rapid plan to break even for that lab and if they can’t get paying customers, sell it off and go back to outsourced support based on specifically what’s needed for each pipeline drug

In the meantime, this just has to go through more pain before it gets better, sooner she’s goes now the better

Porky Like me ,you're odd.But you're very shrewd and I agree with every word you say .Far better to raise with new mgnt than with the current mgmnt . At least then we can turn things around . How long can we give the ceo ? 3.5 years not long enough ?17m shares to 130m and probably 230m come November. Do the maths ..20p when SuZy arrived (fair value ) equiv to 270p. Shareholders have been wiped out ..but the BOD don't care as they hold Min stk

I reckon the lovely people from Beaufort were always there, ready to sacrifice their lives for the management.
The management cheerleaders who were constantly attacking porky, the tradesmen who have disappeared in their daily manual jobs, all beautiful Beaufort's ninjas in disguise.

Thought I'd make it easier to click on the link. Blimey only Suzy and ValiRx could attract such a great investor

Porky I think you're on to something regards the fella PM2022. I've thought for sometime this person a stooge in the employ of ValiRx.

2 in the morning.

Don't panic Captain pugwash. Don't panic!

Honestly you're never buying in are you. That's fair enough but I'd personally then be spending my time going something more constructive, like making neo a nice morning cup of tea.

@Jason
Oh come on, you can't blame Nick, i would do exactly the same, if i had any of this stock left to sell, any possible chance of a bounce to get out i would take it. MMs would only take stock off you at 4.5p today, to get the bid up to get out at abetter price you need some mugs to buy in.

Either that or try and start your own P&D but trouble with that is, you start it with a couple of others and next thing you know someone else has hijacked it and cashes out on the back of you at your expense...

@RonPharma
Last little P&D failed, are you wanting to try for another before its official that THX still wont be completing and the share price tanks completely? A few here absolutely desperate for that last dead cat bounce of the share price to get out with reduced losses before the resolution vote. See you at 2p.

And yes a private individual daft enough to buy stock early Jan in the open market using a company shell to do it doesn't impress. I totally get the punt, the slight glimmer of hope that the THX deal would be confirmed at the time and a share price bounce, but that hope now crushed. Here's your proof its an individually owned small business, also see the PSC:-

Anyhow, you will be pleased to know that I think there is unfortunately a high chance the coup to remove Suzy and other BOD members may fail anyhow. Its clear to me that some, in total blind faith, still want to give her more time and as such will vote for her to stay. As i have said here and on LSE, i believe this needs to run its course, if the vote is requested too early there is a risk we are stuck with her.

Stock remains uninvestable but will be interesting how events play out - will the coup work or not....... I think its 50/50

Good critique from a consistent poster like you Jase...

Now, i hope that peepy is in bed.

He has to get up at 4am to put a dampener on this new buyer.

Can't be having any momentum from any newbie instis now can we. Must be stopped.

That is if he's finished getting S off by neo.

Typical RNS from Suzy. Pointless a bit like herself as a CEO. Her greatest claim to fame is to dilute shareholders whilst paying herself a nice big salary. Buys 4 grand's worth of shares and pays herself £170,000 a year plus. Nice eh? Hopefully her train is about to hit the buffers big time. Selfish and stubborn to the end.

Although the armadas must be always well equipped or no point threatening a war.
Also shallow waters are, sometimes, the wrost nightmare for the best equipped armadas.
