So this is the link to the TheoremRx website. Is it me or is this the most amateur website ever? There is a picture of chairman and CEO Ken Sorensen.



He also appears on this website with the identical picture of himself



Both websites are poor in construction and quite similar. As for Ken, well he could have looked into the camera for the photo.......We are now two and a half years down the road since Suzy our wonderful CEO selected TheoremRx for 201. In that time from the 22nd of October she has taken us from 54p a share all the way down to 4.5p. I find it staggering that some shareholders still stick by this woman who has brought about such share price destruction. Even in the unlikely event of 201 coming through those heady days will be a distance memory.

I am calm. my position in VAL is tiny relative to my portfolio, I take risk too and invest in biotechs.

and why do you think LSE is failing! because of guys like you (market makers and bricks traders).

what you are failing to understand.is that you are digging your own hole! I can see how market makers roam for free on advfn and coerce against UK startups. trust me, this attitude is destorying the British economy, unless if youre not British then yeah by all means, go short and screw all British companies.

Go and check volumes on LSE and valuations comparing with US peers. London is going down thanks to the disgustiny market makers and bricks attitude.
how many new listings?
UK think in pennies and current value and assign zero value yo growth!
interactive brokers added 40 mln new accounts in 2020 and 2021, none US citizens. Guess where they all trade!

I can see now why you feel bitter towards fellow shareholders. The people you should be directing your anger at is the ValiRx incompetent board. I'm so glad I sold two thirds of my holding at 15/17p for a 20% loss. Just wish I'd sold the lot. Suzy Dilly is possibly one of the worst CEO's on AIM. She's caused a lot of financial damage to shareholders by her wild empty promises some I'm beginning to wonder down right lies. The 201 debacle really highlights her incapability as a business person.

Hate to say it but unless he knows something we don't Adam dropped the ball big time when he should have voted the stubborn one out at the last AGM. I don't believe he has any ulterior motives. The man seems a thoroughly decent gentleman to me. He used to communicate with his fellow shareholders on a regular basis until he took on the advisory role.

You are right slug. Suzy is way too stubborn. Needs a directive to leave from Adam. Hang on ja. Think. Adam still wants to give her more time. 🕰️

Her no 1 aim is to prove people wrong Even if it means Val has to raise 5 times at ever decreasing prices .This is in investable while she remains as CEO .I'm very small long in the hope she leaves .Zero pence - 3p if she stays 20p if she leaves That's my opinion

It gives you insight as to the type of person Suzy Dilly is. She posted her Full of confidence and unconcerned tweet when the share price was much higher than it is today. How she can still have the brass neck to still leave that up in her X bio beggars belief. It tells you that her stubbornness is her weakness and will ultimately lead to her undoing. I think she fits the definition of Pig-headed down to a tee.

The shares were equivalent to 20p when SuZy took over We are now 4.3p When will the shareholders wake up and smell the coffee ?If we have the same ceo for another 6 months it will be game over .It's now or never.This business can't survive with £2.5m in costs . I'm a small holder luckily . I saw this coming. I will only buy back if we get a new ceo .

Problem is @OB there has been far too many “lies and promises” but I know you still have some “love in your eyes” for this stock.

A lot will never find the “Power to forgive” her after this and don’t anyone tell me to “Sit down & Shut up”, frankly the Telegraph group have come up with nothing, sounds like they need to find a “Magician Man” to replace her but I’m not “In the loop” over there and it’s probably “Too much trouble” for anyone new to want to take it on at the moment.

I’ve personally found him very intelligent honest and trustworthy. Professor Adam Hargreaves is valirx biggest investor. Before he was on the valirx SAB he commented quite regularly on lse under the avatar rhubarbk from memory. His posts were incredibly confident boosting testosterone for other investors to read. His scientific acumen was enlightening. However when he was appointed to SAB he couldn’t post anymore as too “inside. Quoted one famous avatar”

Question. Why doesn’t he post now to settle the nerves like in the past?

Answer. Because he’s well unhappy and as he’s honest if he spoke his mind then one valirx share would amount to one Iranian rial 🇮🇷
And before anyone says”email him””
This confidence from Adam in the open domain for everyone to see is required.
Conclusion. Buy sheild therapeutics. Big news coming 👊👊👊👊

If and it's a big IF the next rns news is good then this will fly up towards 20p with buyers coming out of the woodwork at top speed so hang tough a little while longer. It's worth a gamble.

I think your getting a bit carried away there Jason although Little Miss Full of confidence and unconcerned has been very quiet on her X feed. Her silence as we sit at 4.70p is disconcerting to say the least.
