It will if 201 drags on much longer or they announce the merger is a none starter.Shareholders have had enough now by a long stretch.

Laura is very dense to say the least.I took the opportunity to email that Roger you suggested at TRX/Euda last Wednesday.Suffice to say I have not had a reply.This is the last hurrah for Val.Even if no announcement comes per 201 by the summer then people will realise it is dead.Which it is now but some are too emotionally invested to see the wood for the trees!Have yourself a good day mr porks.

I know and that was from @Riddler aka @Laura2022 resident PYC ramper.
Like they can hold a gun to Suzy’s head “Here’s the Ultimatum, tell us if THX is merging, we want to know now or you are going to get it”
I mean come on: a) it’s nothing to do with Suzy what that other business does, she should have cut ties with them years ago and b) they have zero power to remove her.

Even if they got a resolution together no guarantee it would secure enough votes, some would still vote for her to remain in blind faith that THX will still execute 201 soon and give her yet more time and who would replace her?

Now they have been able to dilute by a third more stock Adams holding has even less say. This now has to run its course imo, by end of June, the 201 LOI won’t have executed, they will have three months cash runway left and the MCap will be back to £2m a share price of about 1.5p to 2p and that will be the point when a Resolution has a chance of passing. But then of course they will be spinning and pumping for their lives again to get the share price back to 4p to get placing number 18 away at 2.5p. History to repeat.

So For now it’s a waiting game I’m afraid but as long as traders support giving them more cash they will continue the raise,spend, raise, spend, consolidate cycle.

I find it laughable as well that shareholders suggest an ultimatum. lol when did anyone ever last suggest an ultimatum?

If you give someone an ultimatum its not a suggestion that they acquiesce now is it :-) looool.
