31/7/2017 09:17 | Tsmith....Do you really believe in this lot to invest further funds?? My worst investment in recent years, feeling pretty disgusted in the continued filtering of bad news & the leak on Friday was the final straw for me! | ddubzy

31/7/2017 07:40 | For the last few years I've read about people saying BUR is too high and bailing out to take quick profits, only to seriously regret it. I'd say stick with it. What's wrong with falling in love with a stock and holding for ever? This is exactly what made Warren Buffet the most successful investor ever. Due the confidential nature of BUR's cases it is simply impossible to get a good handle on BUR's ongoing business. So why speculate? The brokers forecasts have always missed the mark by a country mile. The simple facts are: 1. BUR seem to be managing risk very well and they play a game of percentages where they always make sure the odds are stacked in their favour. They know they will lose some cases but they will profit from the majority of them. That's all they need to keep doing to make this a highly profitable business. 2. Their investments are growing rapidly in a market crying out for this sort of service. As they spread the risk across multiple assets the returns will only get less lumpy but its not like they have been anyway near lumpy to date. Based on the above and the current low PE, no way would I sell. Especially as such standout investment opportunities are bloody hard to find at the moment. | winsome
31/7/2017 07:36 | Even trying to takes some positives out of this one is difficult. 18 per cent growth in orders falls well short of Flattery's sales targets. What a mess. | bennywin

31/7/2017 07:26 | Read the note explaining the early adoption. | tsmith2
31/7/2017 07:23 | Actually, the adoption of IAS is entirely a timing thing and about timing of revenue recognition - things just get pushed into a later year, so prior year restatement would bring income/turnover into this year. | tsmith2
28/7/2017 21:18 | Pretty annoying when you think your playing it relatively safe & you end up in a dog stock. Should have thrown the cash into an AIM oiler! Oh well it's only money, cheers BOD! | ddubzy
