Will be interesting to see how the allocations pan out given that it was significantly oversubscribed. Hopefully they will favour small-up to 10,000?-applications? Good to see such demand regardless

I would take those trades with a large pinch of salt. Its always difficult to judge which are true buys and true sells but when the price is held in such a tight range they are imo pretty meaningless. Again IMO the value is what is shown on the balance sheet the share price can do what it wants short term unless one is day trading but eventually value or lack of it and the mkt cap will have a true meeting of minds!

Quite - you don't sell a few million at 168 and apply for shares at 170!

We've a distressed seller here, I think.

EDIT: Ah, there's the UT at 168 (trade #71, 6m shares) which I missed earlier. That determines the closing price, but doesn't explain the huge volume of other sales around the same price which were late-reported.

Still available on PB though but a close call now given today's price action. No doubt the mm's will prop up the price to a tad above 170p tomorrow. Could it be the prospect of higher interest rates that's causing the damage? If so maybe not worth the risk investing via the offer @170p?
