The London Metric RNS says they bought two urban logistic assets ( note lower case) but it does not say they bought two assets from Urban Logistics ie Shed. Does anyone know if they were previously owned by Urban Logistics or someone else
Note the 4.7% yield

No SHED RNS but London Metric announces that they bought a couple of assets from them. I quite like to see them sell a bit as well as buy stuff as it suggests their is a two way market and a decent bid.

I have joined you today for the reasons given in the recent posts above. Already a holder in BBOX, WHR and SUPR. Good luck all.

There’s been an overhang for a while - nothing more than that imo. I bet it gets tipped soon by telegraph etc

I've topped up.. Could be wrong but seems odd that the valuations of these assets won't increase in line with others.

Full disclosure also hold BBOX but not WHR.

Let's hope so, seems stubbornly pinned down at these levels

Valuations are up a good 10-15 percent

The valuation didn't move last time round because all red book valuers just paused everything last year due to the uncertainty - ie. kept valuations flat even though rent collection strong and sector in demand. I expect a decent revelation next time round as they catch up and reflect the lower yields now being paid in the market - like bbox.

Encouraging, if predictable, news of 99% rent collection. Solid high yielder, pop it back in the box and forget about it...let the power of compounding do its stuff.

My friend has a logistics fund and has been outbid on things by WHR and Shed - competition is fierce and yields are compressing. Like BBOX announced this am. Its good news for those with existing high quality portfolio's. Should see good gains here over the next 12 months.

Added a few this morning, hopefully it will catch up with the other warehouse investments soon.

Yes BBOX is flying. Don't discount the lack of liquidity here either. All it takes is one big seller or buyer to depress or gap up the price.

I'm still expecting or at least hoping for a jump up at some point to par with WHR

Yes, but WHR got a huge write up and these are for the long run and very defensive, anyway!

If the market goes down 15p points tomorrow owing to renewed COVID fears, these will still just sit there!

Disappointing share price compared too my other two investments in the sector - WHR and BBOX.

Can anyone explain the change in net asset accounting?

Also note the management fee increase as % of admin costs. Wow. Says ratchet going forward but cant see any detail?
