11/12/2018 15:46 | Is that the probable French guy Peltier Darren? Mm's not being very kind here that's for sure. | chavitravi2
11/12/2018 15:44 | Martyn, im happier today than I was yesterday - I was getting the impression this was going private and we wouldn't have any say/visibility on what would happen to the company - and we'd more than likely end up with nothing. From what I can find on the mentioned Peltier/Rusinov it looks like they are legitimate directors, we already know about Maxi - we'll have to wait to see what their plans are but given Adler could've taken this private at any time, now being the most obvious, I don't see them doing it. Don't have any immediate funds but happy to add more at 10p if it gets there :-) | darren81
11/12/2018 15:34 | Will a NOMAD represent the company if the board is changed on the instruction of a fraudster? Final nail in the coffin methinks. Delisting due to no NOMAD, company is run privately and maybe, if minority shareholders are lucky, they might get a few pence per share sometime in the future from the conman. But how likely is that, really? | bozzy_s
11/12/2018 15:32 | Found this on one of the mentioned new directors hxxps://www.linkedin ex employee of Societe Generale ,took up CEO position of subsidiary of smallish Russian company, mentions... As CEO of the Russian subsidiary dedicated to factoring business, transformed a loss-making company into a profitable, low-risk business: - Accounting cleaning, tax optimisation: EUR 6m net profit in 2016 - (Credit, Operational and ALM) Risks management: EUR 100k cumulated Cost of Risk over the period - Commercial development: NBI (turnover) x 5 over the period - HR management: 20 to 25 employees - Project Management | darren81
11/12/2018 15:18 | That made me laugh. The board "believe" Kornokov is Adler. Don't they know for christs sake. I can't see this being stopped, his cronies can get, if they haven't already, 6% between them. Isn't it a prerequisite for directors to hold an interest? I don't like this one bit. What's to stop them paying themselves a disgusting salary leaving the bottom line bare then taking all when the price is single pennies? Too many con's than pro's for my liking. | chavitravi2
11/12/2018 14:34 | At the moment it looks like the current BoDs are more intent on destroying the listing than the major shareholder (who bought all his shares @ £240). Go figure! | amargosa
11/12/2018 14:27 | If that’s the case, I suggest ud be better using your time looking at other companies to invest in mate If they wanted to lose the listing they could do that now without much hassle | darren81
11/12/2018 14:22 | I can see this 'listing' dissapearing eventually. | nick rubens
11/12/2018 14:09 | exactly amargosa | darren81
11/12/2018 14:06 | Mr Kon wants the whole company for peanuts IMO! So biding his time till the price is right! | theclangers
11/12/2018 14:04 | TBH I was starting to think we'd be taken private now so the fact that we're keeping the listing is great news! Others can have their opinion but that's mines - i'll sleep a bit easier tonight | darren81
11/12/2018 14:03 | Let's wait for the present bod's response,this could get even more messy!! | martyn9
11/12/2018 14:02 | The 6% new shares were probably paid for by the dodgy loans... | jiggsyboy
11/12/2018 14:00 | Would not be surprised if new puppet directors hold 6% of the shares between them! | theclangers
11/12/2018 13:57 | How do you figure that out? They will undoubtedly take it private so they can get on with running Russian operations the Russian way | neftanik
11/12/2018 13:53 | Darren, that is a positive I agree; there is a veiled threat in the RNS via Allenby possibly declaring the new directors unsuitable, so the BoDs is still in threat mode. As to the legality of the requisition..well, come on..45% FFS! They only need 5% to call an EGM. Also, it's true there will need to be a 50% + majority vote to get rid of the current directors, but that is 50% of the voter turnout. | amargosa
11/12/2018 13:47 | People have been slagging of Maximov. But he is surely a clear sign that the Listing is to be maintained? | pwilk47490
11/12/2018 13:44 | True enough amargosa. | martyn9
11/12/2018 13:44 | It's not a great state of affairs but with the recent goings on I was thinking the worst - It is very clear now though that these guys want to keep the listing otherwise they could have very easily taken us private (prob wouldnt have seen a penny) or into administration - I take that as a (small) positive! Unless they have other acquaintances who have shares they still need 6% to get a majority so they may need to sweeten the deal for other shareholders. Nothing we can do but wait to hear what their strategy is. | darren81
11/12/2018 13:40 | There is at least something worth fighting over.... | amargosa
11/12/2018 13:37 | Well forget any future JV arrangement, what company would touch this company? kids in the playground stuff or english parliament behaviour. | martyn9
11/12/2018 13:34 | The BoDs try to publically humiliate the 45% shareholder....what were they expecting? | amargosa
11/12/2018 13:29 | More twists and turns than a F1 track, unbelievable this company. | martyn9 |
