I hope our two Britain residing Directors are having a better result with their plan than Teresa May is with hers .
She is in Europe fighting for a good deal.
I would like to think our two Directors are with Kononov fighting for ours hence the silence .

I would've thought we'd have one by now Martyn - 2.5 weeks since they said they were asking him to resign and still no confirmation that this has happened - it's a wonder the exchange haven't kicked up a fuss about this situation continuing. Its shocking tbh!

Pity the divi isn't being paid, given the sharp drop in the pound we'd be quids in now!!

yeah - noramally bed&isa's appear as 2 sells even though one is a sell and one a buy...

a good thing for the person doing it, if they were to do the sell at bidprice and the buy at askprice they'd lose quite a few shares

I see, so 53k+ wasn't sold just 226,877 @ 28p and bought into isa @ 28.17p without it being shown as a buy? Got it.

the exchange don't say whether its a buy or a sell - advfn etc just allocates according to the price.

normally a bad&isa is done with the sell at the bid price and the corresponding buy nominally above.

Its showing as 2 equal sells @ 28 & 28.17p. Surely one or both should be showing as a buy if a transfer was done? And wouldn't they be showing at the higher buy price not lower sell if a transfer was done? True enough one would think the price would have dived on that amount of sell. Im a bit confuse on it.

It's now almost 2 weeks since the last RNS, the BOD really need to give us an update ASAP. The current situation, with Kononov still in his position at Pet, really cannot be allowed to persist for much longer!!


The timeline for loan repayments (wishful thinking??) are below.

It would also be good if the BOD could confirm in the next update if the first two repayments, now past due, have been repaid.

It would also be good if they could confirm when the loan to Kontinent / PRO-ARTS is due for repayment
