02/1/2019 09:00 | HNY Chav. I'm certainly not sure why Maximov resigned. There were significant changes going on in the Company at the time, in particular the arrival of Kononov. Maximov was given a decent severence payment and a good eulogy. The return of Maximov is possibly significant, however if it was Kononov who had him replaced with Dyachenko at that time. But, as I've said before it's all largely irrelvant as the vote is a done deal. My concern is that the Board does something extreme before the EGM. What happens after that is anyone's guess - we may be screwed whoever wins. But I prefer to be optimistic. | amargosa
02/1/2019 08:17 | Yes I think that's right. But kicked off for not doing the job. | chavitravi2
02/1/2019 00:21 | Maximov was on the side of the management fighting against Fire East Corporation. | amargosa
31/12/2018 18:53 | I guess what I'm saying is who to trust here to look after OUR interests, keep us in AIM and play to rules and not do as Fire East had in mind to do. If I remember right Maxi was in with that lot hence he was kicked out. Much to consider. | chavitravi2
31/12/2018 13:20 | To me guys this is the Fire East coop all over again. Trying to take control of the Company without paying the shareholders. Delist and goodbye. What's said in my opinion is true. We have come a long way since the FE fiasco no matter what some think. All the underhand stuff and money missing is clearly down to Kononov. Sabotage of the company. I for one don't want Maximov back. I know some feel the present directors have pulled down the share price but they have in truth only done what is legally required and reported what has gone on. I don't trust Kononov one bit, everything he has done so far has been underhand and for self and see no reason to believe he won't continue in that vain. Clearly the board wish to stay within Aim rules and company rules whilst he would seem not too. I think his long game is to take the lot for nowt has it was with Fire East. I trust the present board more so to do best for all shareholders than him and think they will get the JV going and develope the new fields in due course. Dispite what some think we have got more going since these guys took over since the FE thing and getting rid of Maxi. At present I'm of mind to vote with the present board. | chavitravi2
31/12/2018 12:18 | I wonder if the result goes against the Board they will make us vote again until we get the 'right' result. Bizarre goings on that's for sure. The due-diligence reason appears to me to be an excuse to extend the timetable to allow more time to come up with another way to thwart the new Board - they hint at their other options in the RNS. It sounds somewhat lame too - do NOMAD'S really do all those checks on every AIM director? Although I kinda wish they did. The threat to suspend is quite prominent in the Board's strategy. That's the stick, now where's the carrot? | amargosa
31/12/2018 11:40 | Agreed Darren, leaving this until the 22nd Feb will result in more scheming and back stabbing and further falls in the share price | martyn9
31/12/2018 11:15 | RNS out... Date for EGM 22 Feb - ridiculous that this is being dragged out for so long!! | darren81
31/12/2018 10:30 | Yes A 'Prosperous New Year' to all !! | tone the bone1
31/12/2018 09:59 | Thanks Martyn, I fear we will need it with this. | chavitravi2
31/12/2018 08:40 | Good luck to all for 2019. | martyn9
28/12/2018 11:38 | Kononov moving up to 51%? | gaffer73
28/12/2018 10:50 | we're actually better off given the bid has increased from 22p -> 25p gaffer. looks like there's a large buy order in the background - can buy minimal shares but can sell up to 17k at bp | darren81
28/12/2018 10:35 | Back to where we were before yesterday's RNS. It was a good buying opportunity if you were brave enough. | gaffer73
28/12/2018 10:18 | 25 vs 26 is literally the smallest spread ive seen here in years! Looks like the MMs are trying to generate some trading here - they seem to pick and choose when they want that to happen. | darren81
28/12/2018 09:23 | I guess a few more "brave" souls would've bought in yesterday if then MMs had've allowed them to Nick. It's now been more 2.5 months since this debacle started and its extremely frustrating that the current boards still have not announced an EGM! They need to accept the fact that the resolutions are going to pass and just get on with the process, given not everyone who has shares in the company will vote, Adler most likely already have a majority The current board allowed a scenario to happen whereby one shareholder was able to build such a large stake in the company so their future employment within the company was always at his whim. If they actually care about returning shareholder value (i.e. their job) then they should realise that any attempt to vote down the resolutions are futile, they should desist from sending put a circular that could potentially further deflate market sentiment (though I doubt there is much more room for that) and just resign their positions. | darren81
27/12/2018 16:05 | Someone brave bought 19,976 shares today. | nick rubens
27/12/2018 15:47 | I'm still.on holiday and only just seen this. Had I been at home I would have jumped 8n quick and got a good few. Missed the boat by the looks of it. | chavitravi2
27/12/2018 15:21 | The only "new" (i.e. announced via official RNS rather than on Pet website) bit of info in this RNS is that some of the loans, which the board indicated could be impaired, have now been repaid in full, including accrued interest... i'm mystified as to why this would result in a fall in the SP | darren81
27/12/2018 15:15 | AMA is probably right, BOD will paint the Circulation on Mr K as a pure evil to stop our shareholders to vote against new BOD. But sorry, Mr K is the one calling the shot , along with new BOD, all hands on and local, incl ex _CEO!!! | whu0319
27/12/2018 14:22 | We've still to get to enjoy the Board's diatribe when/if they call the EGM. You ain't seen nothing yet! | amargosa
27/12/2018 14:19 | Something worth. Look and going viral globally Initiative Q is an attempt by ex-PayPal guys to create a new payment system instead of payment cards that were designed in the 1950s. The system uses its own currency, the Q, and to get people to start using the system once it's ready they are allocating Qs for free to people that sign up now (the amount drops as more people join - so better to join early). Signing up is free and they only ask for your name and an email address. There's nothing to lose but if this payment system becomes a world leading payment method your Qs can be worth a lot. If you missed getting bitcoin seven years ago, you wouldn't want to miss this. Here is my invite link: https://initiativeq. | sparky333 |
