27/11/2018 14:51 | It's a well test not a bloody drill test. Wish people would stop referring to wells as "drills" | neftanik
27/11/2018 14:03 | Still no news on SD drill flow testing, a good result would at least bolster this up for a while!! | martyn9
26/11/2018 12:28 | Different Shevet's Tone! | djmoggy
26/11/2018 12:21 | A one thousand pound buy and the spread drops from 50% to 20% and the share goes up 10% This really is a distressed share atm. I hope the board keep the pressure on Kononov and we have a speedy solution. Did someone question that Shevets exist? ..I hope so as he was loaned $90,000 by Kononov as stated in the RNS. | tone the bone1
26/11/2018 11:44 | At least the daughter wont be getting her Christmas divi he promised. Just bought a few and its gone blue on my 1k I promised myself no more buying here !!! Mad or Wise .Time will tell . | tone the bone1
23/11/2018 17:38 | It wouldn't surprise me if Big Kon's daughter has more than 44% of the shares! Although, not sure how that would work regarding voting rights and control if they are in trust! | theclangers
23/11/2018 17:05 | Yep, likely chav, looking grim for the small shareholders! End game soon! What would really take the Biscuit, is if the BOD come up with their own rescue plan offering to buy up the other 56% LOL | theclangers
23/11/2018 16:41 | Clangers, could be yet another dubious friend of big Kons making the bid on his behalf with his money. All squared up later!!! I must admit we are in a precarious position not being able to be rid of him or take his shares by default. | chavitravi2
23/11/2018 16:35 | Would be surprised if the big kon makes an offer, might be too blatant even for Russian standards! Most likely a third party will come to the rescue offering to take on the debt and make an offer to shareholder. Maybe just an offer for the remaining 56% that covers the loans and some cash. Big Mr Kon might not want to sell his Daughters shares! Producing 2000 bopd, owns its own refinery. This company should be swimming in cash and have a value in excess of £5 share. Unfortunately It's a honey pot that only Bears can enjoy! | theclangers
23/11/2018 16:23 | Too true gaffer. | martyn9
23/11/2018 16:12 | We could probably club together and make a better offer than that. | gaffer73
23/11/2018 14:07 | The usual offer is about 20% on top of current price. | chavitravi2
23/11/2018 13:38 | If kononov does make an offer for the company how much would it for? Considering the value of the assets we hold, it has to be substantially more than anywhere near the current mkt cap. | takeachance1
23/11/2018 13:00 | Sad end to this company. Having watched and witnessed an endless stream of 'jam tomorrow' rns' since 2009, just when you thought the company had sorted all its legacy issues, then this comes along. So much for the aspiration looking to attract institutional investors one day down the line. This board now reminds me of the final weeks of Afren advfn board. A mixture of short term gamblers trying to make money from the 'final death throws', and some remaining 'deer-in-the-headlig | ripvanwinkle3
23/11/2018 12:37 | Russian authorities need to take a good look at what has been happening here! How can foreign investors have any confidence in Russian businesses wanting to raise funds in the future! All this does is do even more damage to sentiment, no wonder Russian listed companies are on lower PE ratios than their peers! The Russian justice system is very different to ours, often matters are settled out of court, usally by a bullet in the back of the head, or a mysterious suicide! Could of been a wise move of Mr Kon to transfer ownership to his daughter! | theclangers
23/11/2018 11:48 | Not sure he can say that now whu0319, Don't forget he has transferred his shares to his Daughter! Why he has done this is speculation, If he intended to replace the money he loaned out, Why do it? Also why loan out the money in the first place! Maybe just a misjudgment on how many cookies can be taken from the jar in a short time, and none left for BOD! | theclangers
23/11/2018 11:36 | Exactly whu!! without the bod approval, a complete crook and the money belongs to the company and not his personal cash cow to do as he pleases. The port is as stated in financial distress, bust in other words but he bails it out without bod's knowledge or signed off. | martyn9
23/11/2018 11:23 | Marty: The loans he gave without BoD he will claim it his money too, dont forget he's largest shareholder of UEN!!! | whu0319
23/11/2018 11:13 | Whu look at the loans konartist has given to his mates, which basically will have to be written off imo, a long term loan arranged with uen should be the companies saviour. | martyn9
23/11/2018 10:29 | We are only getting one side of this sorry saga so far. | amargosa
23/11/2018 10:12 | Whu0319, I think Mr Kononovs interest is Mr Kononov. Now alot of work has been done and things are looking good I think his plan is to steel the lot from under us on the cheap. I do hope I'm wrong on this. | chavitravi2 |
