Ok wanna, should this be happening then it sure is by stealth and the consolidation has played right into their hands...unless it is Adler themselves who simply have had enough of being public in any form and will just take it all private?

Tell the shareholders what they want to hear while the rug is being readied for pulling from under our feet...?

It sure has been a very slow and stealthy takeover whoeve it is and, percentage declarations or not, the numbers at the start of the year were not extraordinary across the O&G sector as I keep pointing out. Not particularly heavy even for UEN.

But again, if you feel there is no need to declare honestly then nothing matters...we are at the mercy of whoever and whatever even more than usual!

As Urals Energy is not a company subject to the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules and since Cyprus company law does not require similar disclosure, the Company is limited in the data it can provide to satisfy the requirements for disclosure of the interests of significant shareholders within AIM Rule 17.

Your thoughts that a holder MUST disclose does not seem correct they can only rely on the GOODWILL of a 3% or over holder to make a disclosure. So it would be quite possible for someone to accumulate a substantial holding without disclosure.

We may however be close to finding out if anyone has actually accumulated a holding with the accompanied news of the AGM, that further announcements and documents will be forthcoming. Admission documents ? Perhaps just wishful thinking but something would appear to be happening other than just the normal AGM resolutions of, voting through the accounts, director share options etc etc. Just an opinion and speculation that there could be an item that falls under the special resolutions category to be voted on considering we have also had an unusual 2 months prior notification.

I have mentioned before that all the 'housekeeping' done this year and the very unusual trading of stock earlier in the year maybe leading to further corporate action and the Co could grow via a RTO. With the share consolidation the Co could easily do an all paper deal and the recipients would be getting UEN stock at quite a discount at todays value compared with say Schvets. Just all conjecture and speculation at the possibilities that may be around the corner or not as the case maybe. We just have to wait and see what these further announcements and documents are pertaining to.

A little unusual for UEN to give 2 months notice of AGM, normally just the statutory 1 month has been given in the past.

Intrugued with the 'Further announcements and documentation will be provided in due course '. We know they have the dividend policy to be voted on at the AGM but could they be intimating that something else is on the cards.

The loan has come down with each shipment and I was hoping they wouldn't need one for the second shipment however, it's clear the spare cash is going on developing Komi and the the first two so ever hopeful of a good reserves report and test Wells. Quite fancy a week in Cyprus in November though.DS

Neft, true, "home" sales should cover the most of that and tanker for exploration/expansion. Can't see why loans will be need now with two loads a year unless they want to do a lot all at once with good gear and crews?
