26/9/2017 16:14 | Up it goes. Full ask to buy. I think Stock is getting short. No shock considering the tanker situation. | gregpeck7
26/9/2017 15:45 | Funny how little bits of no interest for weeks on end lead to a drop a day to keep buyers away. And now, after the bounce last week, the favour on the way up isn't returned... I do sometimes wonder what dark arts are at hand (elsewhere too) when little trading happens. Is it really just easiest to depress a price to attract buyers rather than increase to do the same? 26/9/2017 15:37 | Little bits of interests! Wonder if we will get a small lift in share price soon. | chavitravi2

26/9/2017 10:04 | Ok guys, Ive done a bit of research. It was announced on 21st June we had got payment for 240k barrels of oil. The price was $45 in mid June going up to about 48 at the end. So I reckon we got about $47 a barrel. It was estimated that the next shipment at the end of October would be about 210k barrels. Hope that is helpful. Chavi. On a quick calculation if the price remains about this mark today we are looking at about $12 million in the kitty. | chavitravi2
26/9/2017 09:43 | Topicel, just had a look at the charts. At the end of October beginning November oil was $45-46 a barrel. In Feb-March last year it was between 30 & 35 a barrel. | chavitravi2
25/9/2017 21:59 | Oil price now... This is looking a really really nice buy... This next shipment is going to be mental.. How many barrels will it be? GP | gregpeck7
25/9/2017 21:20 | Yep, $59 a barrel now with tensions about the Turks impacting on the Kurdish fields, among other international events... Geopolitical and a desire for inflation will see oil keep going IMHO, but somehow the wider market doesn't consider us a good buy despite debt free and cash flow and (soon) dividend positive. The penny will drop as it did last December/January you would think...any idea what the price was last October? I estimated $35 so potentially a whopping increase to the bottom line here, and if only Allenby would bang the drum, any old drum, like they were supposed to be doing when Calm said they got the exasperated look from UEN bod rep.... Let's see if tomorrow can deliver something like this time last week... Topicel | topicel
25/9/2017 15:28 | Oil flying.. This has to move soon.. Could not be a better time to fill that tanker! | gregpeck7
25/9/2017 15:08 | Thanks Calm. And of course the confirmation and hopefully concurrent ex-divvy date to stimulate more enthusiasm. I mean, that was their plan after all, wasn't it?! Topicel | topicel
25/9/2017 12:22 | 1 mm on the offer, oil through 57 USD! UEN should move up again with any tiny buying IMO, 10k limit online.... | gregpeck7
25/9/2017 11:00 | PS 1 MM on offer, hopefully a buy will sweep in and knock them off as I suspect this is about to leg up again. | gregpeck7
25/9/2017 10:59 | Oil up again though, there are such a bargain as it stands, the loan I agree could be some old boys thing but sometimes in Russia it is a bit wild west and you have to do what you have to do... | gregpeck7
25/9/2017 10:58 | Topciel i have asked the question..waiting for an answer | calmtrader
25/9/2017 10:55 | It is something Calm really needs to ask the BoD in October if the meeting is still on. The loan was raised by me about 18 months ago as probably not necessary as we should be able to manage our cash flow adequately without it, and especially now with more income and twice-yearly tanker deliveries. It smacks of some kind of bung that, and a link to old antics at UEN. Why give someone interest if you don't really need to otherwise? A mystery. I can't think it is 'disappearing' but certainly loans for basic working costs should now be over... Topicel | topicel
25/9/2017 07:22 | Interims by the end of the week, will there be any 'goodies' attached by way of the "AGM, further announcements and documents" with something more of a corporate nature / acquisition? or just the usual yearly resolutions to include the divi? | wanna brew
25/9/2017 03:08 | Is it only me who's a little disappointed that they're still taking the loan yet they're commencing to pay a dividend... Surely it make more sense to delay the dividend, get enough cash in the kitty so they don't need a bridging loan, save on any interest payments, and then they could pay a higher divi.... albeit 6 months or so later. Oh, of course silly me.. they get the loan from "themselves", and being in Russia, if they had any spare cash in the kitty it would probably get "lost".... | steve73 |
