30/8/2017 14:57 | And definitely not a twenty to one juggle with the share price . Come on the board DRILL not juggle numbers. | tone the bone1
30/8/2017 14:53 | Steve73 .I thought that with our 10k buyer/buyers recently.4.8 on a short term investment? Why is a growth company with supposedly wonderful reinvestment opportunities pumping cash back into shareholders ? To entice investors ? It's a long shot in my opinion. I'll take the divi but it's nothing on the balance sheet compared to the losses made by us on our investment and that must be the same for most here. A large cash influx from our tanker at stronger oil prices. A successful drill result and a positive CPR is what we need not a soddin Divi. | tone the bone1
30/8/2017 12:21 | At todays 72p the proposed dividend of 6.2ct is almost as good as BP or Shell's.. We might find some of their investors moving across here for the growth potential.... ;-)) | steve73
30/8/2017 12:07 | IMHO, not worth much but ... If the company employs someone to do a CPR then they are entitled to publish the results, or not, as they see fit. It is no different to many a governmental review that gets commissioned and is quoshed or sidelined either for political reasons or events have moved on... Even though it has been RNS'd UEN could keep the results under wraps if they so choose. But, and again not wishing to speak for most, we all think the CPR will convert well to 2P standards and make attractive reading to potential and existing investors, or, perhaps, those who might wish to take the company over. In that scenario releasing the data as we keep getting driven down on minimal sells could be a robust defence to get the right price for Urals and/or simply correct the valuation that has been deliberately brought down to these levels. Personally I would imagine a competent competent person reporting could use the existing data and come up with an interim report findings quickly, certainly within, say, six weeks. Newer reserves we now own might be into the months however. It all comes back to whether this management team are really looking to improve shareholder value and communications as they maintained to Calm and the guys. Topicel | topicel
30/8/2017 11:49 | Neftanik. You have a long and not so happy time here but I do know that you also are knowledgeable . I would appreciate your opinion( If you have one) as to how long the 'Competent Persons Report' might take on all Urals reserves . Blackwatch Petroleum have had their man in Moscow working on it since 14th August . Could it take months or could it be something else to discuss at the future meeting ?.If it's not out by then I will ask the time schedule. I guess Urals directors may keep the release of the CPR results until "an appropriate time" or are they obligated to release them immediately?. Ta TTB. | tone the bone1
30/8/2017 09:43 | good point wanna | calmtrader
30/8/2017 09:03 | Topciel i promise i will be ask the questions that need to be asked | calmtrader
30/8/2017 08:48 | Recommend one then smart ass! Before it happens, of course. UEN was one such from December and is still a winner in those terms. It is the misleading management that Calm is arranging to meet again that did for the company with its "see no reason" statement in January and, as is noted above, say nothing in support as a declining price takes over. Clearly this can be loved and unloved but it is the misdirection of the operational activities that Calmtrader needs to ask about alongside the lack of promised acquisitions. Annoyingly I can't get to see them face to face this time on the proposed date so perhaps Calm can be as blunt as I would have been! Topicel | topicel
29/8/2017 17:24 | And it will only get worse. You know there are other shares out there that go up? | neftanik
29/8/2017 15:29 | We could do with another Mr 10k back just now! | chavitravi2
29/8/2017 13:53 | Well Calmtrader is meeting these 'scammers' again and has said he believed all their intentions and promises to develop the company and improve shareholder value seemed genuine. He can speak for himself of course but it does beg the question what use is meeting again if there is simply a remit to run this up and down to suit the majority holder and give him a dividend that is like a lifetime annuity until the oil runs out? 29/8/2017 11:10 | Yes, sorry, was being facetious. I was suggesting although it couldn't happen that the share price would drift back to it's pre consolidation condition. | looneytune
29/8/2017 11:01 | looney,old money was 2.5p x 20 = 50p, according to my fiqures. | martyn9
29/8/2017 10:58 | 50p if you're lucky, back down to old money more like 4p!! We appear to have been legally scammed! | looneytune
29/8/2017 10:48 | I feel the whole consolidation has been a scam, we have been stitched up like kippers imo !!! i said 50p and its looking like it. | martyn9
29/8/2017 10:45 | Shameful, they are hammering this, no 1p drops on relative small amount they go 3&4p. That's about a 4% drop on 160k in old money. They want warning off but we know it will do no good they are a law unto themselfs. The crooks. | chavitravi2
29/8/2017 10:38 | More Russian sh1t! Lack of governance allows this type of "BHS style" contempt of business (mis)management! | looneytune
25/8/2017 12:28 | ok looney noted | calmtrader
25/8/2017 11:49 | calm, I'd also like to attend if poss. | looneytune
25/8/2017 11:40 | Agreed calm, as i say the only imminent saving grace would be confirmation of dividend approval along with a second shipment of oil and hopefully if price of oil holds,a better return of profit. | martyn9
25/8/2017 11:31 | Martyn its like chinese bloody torture | calmtrader |
