05/2/2017 21:01 | And talking of cash cows, for those that might have forgotten, here is a link back just over three years ago when a full cash approach for Urals was underway at 12.25p... Someone wanted us then and saw the earnings potential, so we're the FT right and management even more so to turn the offer down? It was all shrouded in mystery at the time, but clearly there is considerably more value here than the present 6.25p per share and paltry £15m m/cap. Topicel | topicel
05/2/2017 20:59 | Very good indeed! Cost of acquisition of a paltry 9 cents a barrel is ridiculously cheap. I forget, but did they get the extra reserves from a distressed seller? The fact that 2P reserves are not entirely always accessible is to be factored in but otherwise even if only 75m is worth pumping then what a cash cow... The wider market will wake up soon to what has been going on here slowly since the bad times. Topicel | topicel
05/2/2017 20:23 | Very good. Thanks. | philo124
05/2/2017 19:46 | Sorry to keep posting ..but let's not forget the reserves increase..which hasn't been factored in.."Over the last 12 months, taking advantage of our financial position, we have transformed the Company's reserve base through licence extensions and acquisitions of further licenses, from 50 million bbl 2P to approximately 100 million bbl 2P equivalent. The average cost of acquisitions have been approximately 9 cents US /bbl. | calmtrader
05/2/2017 18:37 | Will try and grab a last top up first thing before this blows... | gregpeck7
05/2/2017 18:34 | Then of course there's the price of oil...These new tensions between US and Iran may see oil pop higher | calmtrader
04/2/2017 19:53 | I think we will see 7p Monday and I still think this is basically 'off radar' Fill yer boots while this stays below 15p imo. | gregpeck7
04/2/2017 17:25 | Life changing with the MATD position I meant. | basem1
04/2/2017 17:21 | Yes I made the mistake with MATD at the end of last year. I made £8500 and sold at 5.5 and 6p. They went all the way to 30p. The same with CPX, had 350,000 shares at 5p and sold into strength all the way up until I had none left. If I'd held, the money would have been life changing. Not making the same mistake here. | basem1
04/2/2017 16:33 | Agree..I have re-researched this is weekend as I have a comfortable profit but I cannot find a better place for my cash..ridiculously undervalued | calmtrader
04/2/2017 16:10 | Only a foooooool would sell now. I'm a trader by nature and have an average at 3.8p and even I'm not interested at this level. | basem1
04/2/2017 10:29 | Still silly cheap..currently valued at 40 cents per 2P reserves(reserves which are likely to double)...and loads of news flow coming!! | calmtrader
03/2/2017 22:41 | wish the very best weekend for all holders here, very well deserved and may we all blessed 7p on Monday and rns before next weekend ;) | paul the octopus
03/2/2017 18:18 | Yep, stick with the programme! Still reckon just 7p next week is a bit stingy, barely 10% all week, lol. Good weekend to all long-suffering UEN holders. Topicel | topicel
03/2/2017 16:35 | Another great week for UEN. Enjoy your weekend all holders. Yes, an RNS next week would probably help. | canny lass
03/2/2017 16:16 | Fair enough paul,we will stick to your magic formula!! lol | martyn9
03/2/2017 16:10 | not before 7p plz, let's stick to the calendar ;) Paul the Octopus - 01 Feb 2017 - 15:16 - 19037 of 19122 - if this week brings 6p (X) before next week brings 7p before next weeks brings reserves update 8-9p before next month brings drilling update 10-11p before June shipment brings 12p+ before August shipment brings 15p+ before dividends getting paid end of year 20p+ before ... before ... | paul the octopus
03/2/2017 16:01 | Yeah,RNS next week would be good to kick start it off again. | martyn9
03/2/2017 15:56 | Wonder if there will be a last ten minute rush again today? Still a 4% rise on the day isn't to be sniffed at if it stays the same. | chavitravi2
03/2/2017 14:10 | why all the tiny buys? Is that as much as mms are allowing to buy at the mo? | ripvanwinkle3
03/2/2017 12:51 | Think it's about to pop again... | gregpeck7
03/2/2017 12:45 | think these small buys meant to hit my 2nd point in my calendar of events here, 7pppppp | paul the octopus
03/2/2017 12:43 | What's with all the small buys ?? | basem1
03/2/2017 12:38 | P te O - the historical highs were nothing to do with the present company position so do not read into anything pre-2009 mate. But we agree that 10-12p is a blue sky area which only the market will set as the new rating for this company...let's hope for good results and anything is then possible. I can't speak for the OPEC mob though. ;) Topicel | topicel |
