And talking of cash cows, for those that might have forgotten, here is a link back just over three years ago when a full cash approach for Urals was underway at 12.25p...

Someone wanted us then and saw the earnings potential, so we're the FT right and management even more so to turn the offer down? It was all shrouded in mystery at the time, but clearly there is considerably more value here than the present 6.25p per share and paltry £15m m/cap.

Very good indeed! Cost of acquisition of a paltry 9 cents a barrel is ridiculously cheap. I forget, but did they get the extra reserves from a distressed seller?

The fact that 2P reserves are not entirely always accessible is to be factored in but otherwise even if only 75m is worth pumping then what a cash cow...

The wider market will wake up soon to what has been going on here slowly since the bad times.

Sorry to keep posting ..but let's not forget the reserves increase..which hasn't been factored in.."Over the last 12 months, taking advantage of our financial position, we have transformed the Company's reserve base through licence extensions and acquisitions of further licenses, from 50 million bbl 2P to approximately 100 million bbl 2P equivalent. The average cost of acquisitions have been approximately 9 cents US /bbl.

Then of course there's the price of oil...These new tensions between US and Iran may see oil pop higher

I think we will see 7p Monday and I still think this is basically 'off radar' Fill yer boots while this stays below 15p imo.

Yes I made the mistake with MATD at the end of last year. I made £8500 and sold at 5.5 and 6p. They went all the way to 30p. The same with CPX, had 350,000 shares at 5p and sold into strength all the way up until I had none left. If I'd held, the money would have been life changing. Not making the same mistake here.

Agree..I have re-researched this is weekend as I have a comfortable profit but I cannot find a better place for my cash..ridiculously undervalued

Only a foooooool would sell now. I'm a trader by nature and have an average at 3.8p and even I'm not interested at this level.

Still silly cheap..currently valued at 40 cents per 2P reserves(reserves which are likely to double)...and loads of news flow coming!!

P te O - the historical highs were nothing to do with the present company position so do not read into anything pre-2009 mate.

But we agree that 10-12p is a blue sky area which only the market will set as the new rating for this company...let's hope for good results and anything is then possible.

I can't speak for the OPEC mob though. ;)
