If you look at the 1mn and couple of 1.5mn trades all delay reported by 1 hr it was actually bang on 50mn over 40 mins. I suspect one of the placees just wanted out for any number of reasons or they have done it to exercise and get a free ride on the 25mn warrants that came with the shares that they can now exercise. The liquidity wasn't enough to absorb said shares and the price was driven down to where buyers would buy or market makers would take on their books.
