It depends on whether you think performance to date has been good, who made the decision and who may be lined up as new CEO of course ??

Renewal of an existing customer so not out of the world and not clear whether it is rollout across all sites guaranteed

But good to get the renewal anyway and underlines the progress being made.

I also like the bumf at the end that highlights what HTEC is really about.

Just caught up with these results looking cheap.

Exclude the exceptional and the PE looks less than 4x historical - should see improvement this year following debt repayment - if sales can improve could be 3x easily even 2x with a following wind.

- gearing tho will be high for a while.

Possibly a tuck away for awhile.

If you had been in the market to buy,you would know.
The lack of critical mass means they can't trade optimally-they've said as much.A larger sector player could capitalise on this and transform the business. When market cap approximates to available tax losses, the slide rules come out-t'was ever thus. As always,DYOR

How do you know they are buys ? The share price has been falling steadily so marked down on the selling surely ! Do you think Brulines are still interested and why did they walk away in the first place having bought the ex CEOs stake ?

With a market cap of a little over £2m and cumulative losses of approx. £7m,this looks a no brainer for takeover.Brulines made an approach some months ago-will they return,I wonder.Any views?

bobby.ifa...I think you are a bit behind the times. They sold off the car wash business nearly six months ago.

It is more likely to have been the director buying that got a few more interested...

Universe has been informed that, on 29 November 2010, each of Paul Cooper, Chief Executive, and Robert Smeeton, Finance Director, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.75p per share.

Following these transactions, Paul Cooper now holds 575,000 Ordinary Shares, and Robert Smeeton holds 154,160 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.5 per cent. and 0.1 per cent. respectively of the Company's issued share capital.
