19/10/2010 10:42 | tracking IP is a waste of time,as you can obtain an IP in japan for example.even though you are in the uk! SS | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:38 | just curious to read back through rainmaker's narrative here (before he decides to delete anything) | brando69
19/10/2010 10:37 | brando69 I don't think you can track back that far nowadays (a couple of weeks?) as AFN changed the system where I believe you previously could go back quite far. If it is that important I believe threads can be downloaded and then an individual's previous posts can be viewed by putting his/her name in a box at the top of the page. Someone may know another way though and correct me. If you are referring to tracking IP's I understand a few people on the HAWK thread may be able to assist. | loverat
19/10/2010 10:31 | thanks shrout il pop over say hi SS | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:29 | unknown brando69,although you can if they have their own thread! SS | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:22 | how does one track past posts by a particular poster anyone? | brando69
19/10/2010 10:20 | we may even hit that "90p" | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:19 | fat lady hasn't sung the uniq death march yet... but i think damage limitation rather than untold riches are the the best outcome for those who hold here at a sizeable loss | brando69
19/10/2010 10:18 | still,there maybe a decent outcome with the pension.who knows.50/50. SS | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:15 | yes indeed he did,strange fellow that!oh & Trojan,i think if i remember rightly a relative had a holding in this! | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 10:04 | Whatever happened to 2baffled btw? I could never understand what that bloke was going on about anyway. He seemed to speak in riddles. | teapreacher
19/10/2010 10:04 | yes i think i have already been refered to as "Trendfloor"already amazing,i think i write somewhat differently to him/her tho.obviously not a pro typing analyst!lol SS | sirsteve70
19/10/2010 09:56 | Don't be surprised when he calls you a "loony" or a "cyber-clone" on one of his self-titled ramp threads, SirSteve. :-) | teapreacher
19/10/2010 09:51 | here here Brando69,Sledin,teap SS | sirsteve70
18/10/2010 18:07 | anyone think Gartmore bought Pru's stake? Gartmore now have 10%, bought 5.375m shares on 7 Oct. Pru had over 6.276m shares but sold also on 7 Oct, but after sale holding is below 5% (so don't need to quantify current holding. No way to calculate actual sale & remaining holding. hopefully Gartmore haven't been sold or bought a pup! | maccack
18/10/2010 17:57 | i don't blame RM for my decision to invest in or hold UNIQ. I do blame him for his apparent lack of transparency | brando69
18/10/2010 17:30 | Will be interesting to hear Rainmakers reply to the previous posts. I know he dodged all these questions when he conveniently disappeared for most of the year. Now, that he's back posting here, let's see if he can properly answer them, and also admit that he called this one horribly wrong. | sledin
18/10/2010 15:59 | I have no time for him either. He can't even answer a simple question about what price he was selling at because he knows that he continued posting positive share price predictions even after he had sold. | teapreacher
18/10/2010 15:54 | bottom line for me is: is you are going to go about sharing your research into why to buy a share, building a repuation and setting yourself up with a following on a BB, you should equally share your research on why you have decided to sell. not to do so can only lead to the conclusion that you have benefitted from the heat that you have created around that stock. sorry rainmaker - used to respect and have time for you. not now. | brando69
18/10/2010 15:04 | sword. I agree pension issues were always not an issue with RM but I certainly didn't know he had sold out and we will never when he started selling and his final sale and he must have had a fair few!! | joeblogg2
18/10/2010 15:00 | No it is not joeblogg. My big problem is because anyone who mentioned the pension deficit was hounded out. Accused of having multiple aliases in the Rainmaker witch hunt. Posters reverted to using "the P issue" The one big thing which makes or breaks the company was not allowed to be discussed. | swordfish7 |
