So looking at the trades over the last week or so I reckon those shares from the payday loan have all been sold, if so it would mean, like the last lot, they seem to have been sold before admission to AIM, which would effectively be short selling wouldn't it?

Only another 1.5bn shares to issue and the 1st £2m will have been paid off.
It will only take another 4Bn+ shares to pay for the additional 2 x 0.5m tranches.

Since the GM they have added just over 1.1bn shares with just under 300k left in the kitty. In 2 months the share price has dropped over 50%. The number of shares in issue will double if they take up the 2 x 0.5m tranches.
