Well after transport contaminant removal and selling of grade they don't cover wages.

Then any workover, shut in, upgrade, maintenance would further strip any money left.

SS has made his money there's none left here, there's also no way up from here,bi just don't get why SS hasn't called it a day for UKOG

Honfacifi - The only thing SS is working on is his Pension Plan !! As I have said so many times before, UKOG is a re-play of Sefton Resources except in that case the CEO put his pension pot into his wife's name out of reach of possible litigation.

To what end is SS trying to save HH let alone UKOG, there's no oil and massive debt zero working capital and any more raises or financing will put them in a seriously bad position.

Trying to work out what's to gain long term, a wage is irrelevant even that will runout too soon.

Is this just to wind the company up pay debtors then sell all assets to fund UKEN?

As to UK onshore oil and gas... UKOG effectively ended that bubble no one will want a position in that and the usual subjects are gearing up for the new hydrogen buzz as that's where the money and investment is going.

Something has happened they just haven't put it in an rns yet, suspect big changes or challenges are next.

Also seems like everyone and their loans are challenging them hence the radio silence on the current events.

Just think. If all the resolutions are passed another 1.48bn shares will be issued before the AGM taking the total to 4.3bn.
PS You can near enough guarantee another 2bn will be added soon after if they get approval at the next AGM.
