I have been here many times in the past myself and i hope to God, for UKOG investors sake,that this is sorted ASAP and at a good price.

With a potential 7 billion barrels I am sure it will all be OK soon and would not be at all surprised to see a Placing carried out at a premium to the current share price with such huge potential and already flowing the largest onshore rates in the UK.

Lets face it why drop the news before the deal has been done ? they want the price down so to look attractive to get an investment.

This only matters if you need to sell if not best to top up when you can but wait for a few days at least.

just gets worse but I guess inevitable, another of my investments about to be diluted into oblivion; they knew they needed the cash ages ago when share price was much higher..... I know, let's add to shareholder value by waiting for share price to be really low before announcing, drive it down even further and then place massive number of shares at even further discount, create a massive overhang and ruin share price for months to come - that's AIM for you!
