HH Key milestone coming soon

Total will no doubt be watching developments at HH very closely from now on in.........Tellurian's next key milestone will be the filing of it's permit application........HH's next key milestone will be the approval of it's EWT permit application.....and significant upside in share price very likely for Alba and Ukog et al on confirmation.......and then full market focus and investor interest thereafter, with flowtest results likely to come in zone by zone throughout the year ahead......with transformational upside potential on confirming oil in recoverable volume . Gla holders......Exciting times with HH's EWT permit approval expected soon....a defining moment in HH's development. ;-)

Lol tap on the Mpet website and it takes you straight to the new Tellurian website.

and it appears that they're going to be holding on to their 35% HH interest, and maybe at the request of TOTAL......if there's sh1t loads of oil across the Weald Oil Basin then no doubt the French will want to own as much as they can. Gla holders Exciting times ahead. ;-)

From Tellurian's newly created website....

Onshore in the UK, oil and gas plays are currently at the early stages of assessment and development in several onshore geologic basins that potentially contain significantly large tight reservoirs. We have non-operated interests in two exploration permits (PEDLs 137 and 246) located southwest of London, which permits cover the Horse Hill oil discovery. The Horse Hill-1 well has identified potential prospects from the Portland sandstone and Kimmeridge Clay limestone formations, which are currently being appraised by conducting certain flow tests.

mickygit, this is not your normal find and drill situation. HUR got permission to drill west of Shetland, within a month or so on their latest drill, from which we are due very interesting results shortly!

UKOG have a big political situation on their hands and problems getting any oil off to market from HH! Even if it is true they have much oil.

Confirmation of EWT permit approval will be the catalyst for full market focus and investor interest.....plenty of upside very likely and plenty of newsflow as flowtest results come in zone by zone. Gl :-)

Come on Rayrac, it may be taking a long time to get things going but not all their fault. You must know how long the cogs take to turn with regard to planning, permissions for this and that. Maybe just put it to bed for a few weeks and then have a look in March?? You have to believe that this IS something big and we could all be quids in whatever company in the Group we are invested in. I have had some real dogs in my time but I do believe that this IS something different. The icing on the cake would be if when everything is up and running that Shell or BP come in with a decent offer---one lives in hope!!!

lol oops must be a major glitch make over..updating the site or something...let me know what admin says in their email to you if you get one...i see theirs an angus site on advfn, so i will keep this ukog for this post and say would ukog use angus to drill into their licence to earn some coffers for both parties would make sence for a year or two until production licence awarded? or would that be un economical? as ukog have 100% licence in other areas that could help with this theory or not. what do you think. and would they buy a share of mpet as we discussed this last year maybe a deal with angus too? T.U.

markc,

Thanks you answered the question I asked yesterday morning about planning approval for Horse Hill.

"HH's EWT planning approval expected this coming month". I expect planning approval around then too possibly into March 2017.

GD

the merger with Tellurian is a done deal, and there is a special shareholders meeting 9/2/17 ( TOMORROW )to finalise detail of the merger. General Electric and Total have invested heavily as they plan to develop the LNG business in the US. Mpet's 35% is surplus to requirements and their SEC filing makes it fairly clear that they intend to sell.......watch this space......no doubt Ukog and some of the other Weald players will want some. Gl ;-)

Mpet's SEC Filing 13/1/17

With respect to the international assets, Magellan estimated that although the prospects identified through the seismic surveys conducted in 2012 and 2013 over the NT/P82 block in the Bonaparte Basin, offshore Australia, were promising, these prospects remained at an early stage of the exploration process and required significant capital to be further assessed. Therefore, Magellans management and board of directors determined that Magellans interests in NT/P82 should not form the basis of Magellans core business at that time. With respect to Magellans interests in the United Kingdom, Magellan considered the following factors: (i) the term of the main licenses in the central Weald Basin expiring in June 2016, (ii) the then-pending litigation with Celtique, which hampered Magellans ability to strategically progress the potential play in the Weald, and (iii) the challenging political and social environment in the United Kingdom, particularly evidenced by the rejection of the planning application of Cuadrilla Resources Limiteds proposed wells in Lancashire.

Although the Horse Hill-1 well presents interesting prospects, these remained uncertain at the time of the review, and Magellan merely holds a 35% interest and is not the operator of the well, which, along with the factors noted above, undermined the viability of focusing Magellans business plan on its U.K. assets. Accordingly, the Magellan board of directors directed its focus to a potential sale of Magellan or all or substantially all of its assets.

the lock in period for the shares used by Ukog to acquire Pedl234 3xpired and Celtique sold their 91m shares as expected ( they had no cash ) , and their partner SCDM have also had to declare the disposal of the said same shares.......91m plus in total, 71m plus from Ukog and 20m they received from Mpet in litigation settlement...91m plus in total....Mpet no doubt will be disposing of their 50m plus shares they retain from the sale of Pedl234 soon, as they're desperate for cash as well......and the expected disposal by both parties has obviously held back Ukog's sp, but couldn't come at a better time with Brockham's results expected soon and HH's EWT planning approval expected this coming month.....the demand for Ukog shares will be high and with both sellers absorbed, Ukog's share price will be heading in one direction. Gla holders On and Up!!! ;-)

Mpet SEC Filing 13/1/17

"Although the shares of Central and UKOG that Magellan holds are not restricted and may be sold on the ASX or Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange, respectively, the average daily trading volumes for Central and UKOG stock relative to the number of Central or UKOG shares that Magellan holds may mean that Magellan's Central or UKOG shares would need to be sold over a substantial period of time, exposing Magellan investment return to risks of downward movement in the market price during the intended disposition period. Accordingly, Magellan may ultimately realize a lower value and potential liquidity from its investments in Central and UKOG than Magellan expects."

Upgrade in OIP in the Portland but more importantly that HH PRODUCTION is planned from the KIMMERIDGE as well as the Portland in 2018, which corrects DL's assumption in his recent interview that HH production could take 2,3,4 years, a point he made to ighlight Brockham's instant Production potential. Gla holders Permit Approval next....a defining moment for HH's development with the start of the eagerly awaited extended flowtest, with results and data released zone by zone throughout the year. Full market focus and investor interest all the way as they confirm the the potential breathtaking recoverable volume of the sweetest crude....with the price of oil on the rise. :-))))

"Upon the expected grant of the necessary regulatory consents, the Company is fully geared to start long term production testing at Horse Hill, commencing with the Portland. Our aim is to move towards a declaration of commerciality and stable long-term production from the Portland and Kimmeridge Limestones by the end of 2018."
