13/12/2016 18:11 | I did say "unbiased" but never said it would be "true" Ivan Tucker 7 hrs · Dorking UPDATE from a member of Voice For Leith Hill who contacted SCC Planning this morning: 1. Angus Energy requested permission to clean existing well and perform repairs 2. They have been granted a 10 day window to bring a 10m cleaning rig onsite and perform concrete patching via a 'stinger'(?) on existing well casing - the council viewed this not to require planning approval 3. Angus have no permission to drill the new sidetrack, and have been clearly told they need permission from SCC 4. If a 30m drilling rig turns up, we need to contact SCC ASAP 5. SCC also said that the permit Angus received does not cover oil production from the new sidetrack - it is purely exploratory. | beebong1

13/12/2016 17:08 | Ivan Tucker from Dorking says: UPDATE: just spoke to someone on site at Brockham. This was NOT the rig. They were given permission for 10 days of 'cleaning and reinforcing the well'. 4 lorries have now gone through to site to do this. Opinion is that at present, no further help required at Brockham but stay alert. This may mean that it will be 10 days till when the rig turns up but we can't make any assumptions as to timing. If I hear more i will let you know. | beebong1

10/12/2016 03:41 | Money munchThat equates to angus 55% being around £8 per share. At $55 brent using 10% recovery... calculating 3.4sq miles or 8.9sq km X 282million per sq mile 10% of that X $35 brent (- $20 break even cost)of which 55% of that divided by 215 million shares = just over £8... | ![]() theuniversal
