06/9/2016 11:04 | Let them sell, re-rate in progress and still miles off fair value on so much likely recoverable oil. News from Nutech on OIP at Broadford Bridge as well as estimation on amount of potential gas must be close, and/or other positive news from HH etc . Gl :-) | ![]() moneymunch
06/9/2016 10:58 | Just had an interesting e-mail from a CEO I occasionally keep in touch with--he is CEO of a small oil company, nothing to do with The Weald. He mentioned the Weald and his opinion is it will take time and maybe planning and protests will be the biggest obstacle in allowing things to progress. I tend to disagree with him as protests I believe will be limited as modern technology allows oil structures on site to be low key and much is underground and therefore not visible---only my opinion. Planning should get a leg up from Central Government because--as this CEO says--the UK will soon be in desperate need of oil and gas and also the big question mark over Hinkley Point--if this is mothballed or cancelled places like The Weald will become even more important to get on stream asap. 06/9/2016 10:47 | Until the 3.5 million sell! There seems to be a hunger for the shares. Until the 3.5 million sell the quantity of shares being purchased on average far exceeded the average sell. Haven't seen that for a while and that augers well. Remember Sanderson said 6 to 18 months. We are now well into that first 6 months. It may be quiet in terms of news but I am sure there is plenty going on in the background. | ![]() vitec

05/9/2016 16:29 | Horse Hill has been such an epic story of billions of barrels, ramping, counter ramping, and intrigue that one would consider the whole situation as being a little too exciting for most small cap punters. Nevertheless, at least the charting position at UKOG looks to be improving. UK Oil & Gas (UKOG): 2.75p 2016 Resistance Line Target Clearly, from a charting perspective, the killer blow in the near term was the decline from March’s 3p peak to under 1.25p in June. The upset on this front has to be that if the fundamentals here are so good, the volatility and sell offs should not be so severe. However, it can be seen that since June and the Brexit vote dip we have been treated to a very constructive charting phase. This has consisted of higher lows and highs, plus the clearance of the 200 day moving average at 1.65p. Indeed, all the near term moving averages are currently rising, something which is especially telling given the way we are trading in the aftermath of what was a considerable break to the downside earlier this year. The view now is that the shares are likely to head for the top of a rising trend channel from April, with its resistance line projection currently heading as high as 2.75p. This target could be hit as soon as the next 4-6 weeks, especially while there is no break back below the rising 200 day line. In the meantime, any dips towards the 200 day line are regarded as buying opportunities. | bionicdog
