Hi sk2,

I'm usually wary of co's that opt for Standard (=no Nomad) listing rather than AIM.

You query use of RTO mechanism as opposed to IPO, would there have been any difference in the regulatory hurdles and delays that SPC/HERD have faced?

I was thinking I would see the start of trading to see if I was right about the closing bid price and then disappear and come back in a year to see if I was right about the placing too, but now you are stalking me, I will make sure I post something on HELD as often as possible. Freedom of speech cannot be denied as easily as you think.

Whilst we all eagerly await the start of trading - something many have been waiting 15 months for. Consider:

Why did none of the 0.3p warrant holders exercise back in May / Jun before the warrants expired?

Why was the placing at 0.3p so poorly supported by the so called "sophisticated" investors, such that the majority of the extra cash has been made up through a CLN?

What might be the view of those who took part in the placing at 0.195p and therefore had 0.3p warrants they did not exercise be now?

CORRECT : Take Sweete Korilina , Self conffessed Not invested , no intention to invest / else short ! Yet plenty of knocking and slagging off, in fact if you look at it's posting history , every single share it slags off , it is not invested either way.

No one will be shorting a company that is featuring in every major news outlet. Everyone and their dog is gonna want a piece of this come Monday, regardless of the fundamentals. Which I might add aren't too bad either!
