I appreciate that you may have been concerned but as the next Update will show there is no need to be concerned. The message of it is very positive. The Update is on my desk waiting for other parties to approve it.

Thanks Bill for posting this HOWEVER , this looks like an update to the markets waiting to be approved NOT a listing circular to me.

Thanks for sharing billyboy. It's taking forever and there's nothing that any of us can do except wait, but I do believe that this will come good. It would be great if it relists this side of Christmas - here's hoping....

I can assure you that those behind the transaction share the frustration of shareholders at the delays - the update will explain the reason for them.

I can assure you that continuance of our relatively modest earnings have not been a motive to stretch out the invoice at any stage. We have conserved almost £2m of funds by careful management and our goal is early listing and not continued earnings.

I expect the letter to be available within the next 7-10 days.

You will not be disappointed.

Thanks for taking the time to post that. I was actually being somewhat ironic - but it was probably a little too dry. Your reply makes the points clearly. Relisting price was originally declared as being linked to cash reserves held. Since then we have had months of drift, cash flowing out, a warrant holders meeting, and... tumbleweed with regards any update on those specific items and others. We are a year on from 30th September 2021 and it's about time there was a substantive update provided.

I note and accept the statement from February,

"With effect from Cancellation, the Company will no longer be subject to the AIM Rules and, accordingly, shareholders will no longer be afforded the protections given by the AIM Rules."

But holding to simple decency ought to imply reasonable standards of professional of courtesy.

Noted today that the value of my SPC holdings in both HL accounts had been restored at the suspension price of 0.21p. No logic, no explanation and not available for trading. Must be a typical HL hiccup. Expecting them to be wiped again soon. Lol.

It’s 2 weeks ! Well was in June and still 2 weeks in July and August and then September and then he said expect realist in October possibly November.
