The year end is 30 April.
It is now 20 March.
I suspect that anyone expecting an RNS on anything will be disappointed until around 24 May.

Moving on (or rather back)

Did the Canaccord Genuity Note on 3 March contain anything interesting?

He's not a board member so no RNS but a lot of their savings and progress were based on the delivery of new technology. Didn't deliver or spent too much?

That was old fashioned capitalism. This is post capitalism. They ought to rewrite the
Companies Act to make the new paradigm official.

Virtually NOTHING warrants a rns anymore ? It's quite pathetic . Outside of the compulsory updates we are told nothing . I always thought shareholders were the owners of the company ???

Interesting to see The Truellmeister General floating Disruptive in CHE -after his City float experience and the "..universally without merit" smackdown.

my view is the one thing tung has going for it is compliance. hence the risk of fraud going via tung. trade receivable fraud has been around longer than Tom jones.

I understand that 7192, it was the tone of the article I read in so far as confidence in the trade financing market had been affected within the sector in general!

bb,

basically some credit guarantee notes got issued by the PNB, loans were made on the back of that and then the debtor disappeared.
It then turned out that the credit guarantee notes were fake or issued by rogue PNJ employees.

This has nothing to do with TUNG (for better or worse) from what I have read - though I may be wrong.

Sold today on reading a report about an unfolding scandal involving Punjab National Bank and trade financing by foreign financial institutions to businesses in India, does this company not pin many of its hopes in this country!

Thanks Andrew and EJ - in the days of Mr Truell I'm sure we would have had a rns with a fanfare fit for royalty and a standing ovation on the steps of the head office ?! HOWEVER the glaring difference between that management and this one is how quickly and thoroughly they have adopted an invisibility cloak Harry Potter would be proud of ?! One extreme to the other as with most things Tungsten !I would hope they would take the opportunity to break with convention and let us know some good news ASAP ? I fear they will stay schtum .
