Surely now that we a ebitda + we are now a take over target with the breadth and depth of our client list? Coupa or Taulia should want to buy us for a few £100m or so.

Would give them £200b of instant invoice flows and maybe they can do an even better job ramping up the finance activities?

100% salary bonus for the ceo and “sock” options for the staff. You can’t make this stuff up!

Odey needs to do something about ceo remuneration. He has my retail vote if needed.

These non- exec hires seem a bit of a fudge to me?? How much sway will they have if Hurwitz et al are still running the show? The sock thing is laughable if true. Odey you have not gone far enough in my opinion, a lot of us PI's were ready for a shake up not a sedate game of musical chairs? This is neither one thing or the other. COME ON! Others opinions welcomed....are YOU happy boys and girls????

A poster on LSE gave the insight into the socks. Having asked around it was true. Apparently a small token of his appreciation for their efforts. My god, the staff must feel sick knowing what he has been paid (I won't say earned).

Yes, he's implemented a lot of the cost saving but it looks like it's gone straight into his pocket.

"Existing capital sufficient to deliver FY19 plan, unless significantly higher rate of growth targeted" -forecasting FY19 "revenue of at least GBP37.5 million"

TUNG just reported revenue growth at 9% to £33.7m. The FY19 forecast is £37.5m (up only 10% from FY18 £33.7m) which isn't really an "accelerated" rate, is it?

So if TUNG wants "accelerated growth" from the current growth rate at 9%, well, they've just told us their own story haven't they?

4m extra income over year

... so cash for the year to 30/04/19 but at some point in the next 9 months there will be a raise?

and at this rate no _real_ profit declared until ye 30/04/22 ?
