$£,

Well,

Outlook section from "Interim Results for six months to 31 October 2017" :
---
On track to deliver in FY18:

· Constant currency growth in revenue of at least 15% (FY17: 12%);

· Gross margin of at least 90% (FY17: 92.8%); and

· Adjusted operating expenses of less than £40 million (FY17: £40.8 million). This excludes one-off costs of approximately £3 million. One-off costs are now expected to be £1 million higher, primarily due to the cost of reducing our property footprint in the USA.

Trading in H1-FY18 was in line with our budget. We expect monthly EBITDA to continue at the H1-FY18 average run rate until the end of calendar 2017.

(*key section*)
Over the first four months of the 2018 calendar year we expect to achieve overall EBITDA breakeven in each month, with slight variances dependent on the timing of new customer sales
---

Now, you might say that if they perform as planned, no rns needed.
otoh it would provide a degree of comfort to me and wouldn't you announce when you are +ve for the first time?

- even if it is EBITDA 'profit leaving out all the bad bits' type of profit.

When are we expecting that ?? Is there a time we need to start getting worried if it hasn't been announced ?

I think you are correct.
It should read 42 million to 85 million

... however as (I think) TUNG charges on a per-invoice basis, the increase in volumes is what counts to me.

India update from Tungsten- if you guys have missed this article from nov 17

hxxps://www.tungsten-network.com/blog/archive/frictionless-trade-in-india-adapting-to-gst/

"For us, India is a growing market, and the number of transactions has doubled from 23,000 in FY16 to almost 46,000 in FY17 (£42 billion to £85 billion) and the gross value of invoices is on track to increase further in FY18. "

What you make of above? pound numbers just from India doesn't seem to be right

andrewbl: IQE brings back painful memories for me. I have no position there though I understand only too well what it's like to witness your company fighting to defend itself over the sessions.

The battle rages over there. I still think Matt Earl was wrong on TUNG fundamentally, though his timing was more than enough to make up for it (TUNG floated 3-4 years too early imo).

it is a good model, but it does depend on them being right (sort of)
anyway they need to be more right than a buy-side analyst.

... still waiting for the 'we have stopped losing money' rns - and will be very p-o'd if it does not happen before the start of the closed period (mid-march?).

Interesting to see Matt Earl, Shareprophets and the concepts of 'published' sell side analysis at it again, with IQE this time.

A nice little model they've got going on there eh.

"The availability of unique and varied trade financing solutions to Tungsten Network customers is a strategic priority for Tungsten Corporation, and there is an expectation of consistent growth, already demonstrable by run-rate levels at 31 December 2017"

Don't get too eager.
Nice if a profit can be declared
Better if they start making impact in factoring
Best if Indian operation starts to take off.
