18/1/2016 09:56 | One thing is clear that rally from 39p to 65p between 7th and 13th Jan was not because of short closing but long buying. In that period Hutchin reduced 0.09 GSA reduced 0.20 Numeric increased 0.10 increased Long Edi 100k Nick 100k Indus 4.61% (UBS must be buying to hedge their swap position) So net buying 4.42%. It's heartening to see that 4.42% buy can cause 65% rise. | bs76
17/1/2016 09:07 | From the 01/07/15 5% Indus holdings RNS: 3. Full name of person(s) subject to the notification obligation: iii Indus Capital Partners, LLC 4. Full name of shareholder(s) (if different from 3.):iv N/A 7. Threshold(s) that is/are crossed or reached: vi, vii 5% So it appears the UBS element is new. | manics
17/1/2016 08:40 | 4. Full name of shareholder(s) UBS, AG (if different from 3.):(iv) edwardt did you note the above in the last RNS? Is there significance that UBS are the actual shareholders? I read that they are "the second largest wealth manager in the world behind Bank of America (BAC) in terms of assets under management." | chemistdude
16/1/2016 16:42 | Surely there will be an runs the other side to explain who sold to Indus? I bet fidelity have exited...also do we not have issues with breaching close company status now? | edwardt
15/1/2016 17:47 | Hargreaves Lansdown Asset Management 3.59% See that 9 Thats me that is :) More seriously, comforted that share price looks like it is starting to stabilise at a non-insane level (high or low) | andrewdbl
15/1/2016 17:09 | ...is it outside the realms of possibility that the capital markets day motivates institutional holdings to +85%? | manics

15/1/2016 10:26 | And just for comparison Take the lowest charge from Ariba i.e £33 for 155,000 => 0.0213% And on that fees tungsten should charge on 108b transaction value = 22.9m | bs76
15/1/2016 10:16 | Check this out - Ariba Supplier fees- they charge based on transaction value hxxp://www.ariba.com "United Kingdom Less than 30,000 => Free 30,000 to less than 155,000 => 33 155,000 to less than 625,000 => 330 625,000 to less than 6,250,000 => 1,645 6,250,000 or more => 4,895 For big suppliers they add Network Transaction Service Fees with annual cap Country or Region => Maximum Chargeable Transaction Volume => Annual Cap United Kingdom => 8,516,000 GBP => 13,200 GBP" I suppose the last one is similar to Tungsten's integrated Supplier. Tungsten charges £985 and Ariba - £13,200 May be NTS add bit more value by managing catalogs online "The Network Transaction Service (NTS) enables you to collaborate with customers during the order process, submit invoices and other documents, and manage catalogs reliably and securely on the Ariba Network" | bs76
15/1/2016 09:00 | Bid offer 57-60Over 5% for last 2 days | bs76
13/1/2016 20:04 | So there's life in the old TUNG yet, let's hope it keeps going up (still a long way to break even for me). It's interesting to see what people who work/worked at Tungsten have to say about the place (disgruntled employees and not): hxxps://www.glassdoo (if you can get full access to the site) It just confirms the company lacked direction really. Judging from that mountaineering video on Vimeo they have now made private, I think (hope) Rick Hurwitz's review has identified the problems etc. The good thing about a company/situation hitting rock bottom is that there's only one way to go, and that's up. Or is it? | pkarnezis
13/1/2016 17:44 | short reduced 4.68=>4.57 GSA reduced 1.19=>1.08 on 11th Jan I was expecting more but it's good that they still got 4.57% (5.7m shares) May be it's not easy to close shorts ;) | bs76
13/1/2016 17:34 | I'd love to see that technology officers credit card. | manics
13/1/2016 16:56 | UT: 64.75p Volume: 3,321,218 Lots of activity today, hoping we get a bunch of TR-1's or short reductions over the next couple of days. The video I posted yesterday has been taken down - Looking back I don't think the level of candour was for us PI's to see, I'm thinking reserved for our employees. Great to see they have had a thorough review, a reorganisation and as Hurwitz says everything is now in place for some serious progress so they seemed to have recognised and addressed their problems now - we have a green light, this is where the real phase of execution commences. Things are gearing up nicely for the Capital Markets Day and who knows what can happen with a few new insti's on board. Looking forward to finding out who our new finance head is going to be. After Hurwitz this man has the next most important job - making TEP (& other finance products) easy to access with a broader appeal. | chemistdude
13/1/2016 13:51 | Keyno - yes! or perhaps he reads SCSW and bought on their tip? | webpax
