Not sure, but in current price there value.20p = 280m mkt cap25p = 350m mkt cap30p = 420m mkt cap.Maximum value I see now is 30p.But if take over from sammy, cnoc or total could be 40p - 70p

Just added. Shale oil may be uneconomic but Tullows West African assets are a cash cow which existing partners or p.e. will lap up. Our operating cash flow per barrel is $8-9 per barrel. Even Uganda is economic at $25 ? If Brent stays very low they will be slightly cash negative... but Gazprom believe prices will recover to $50 next year. The more pain we take with prices now the quicker the recovery. With one party stakebuilding I think this will have support if it falls much further... but that is just a guess based on recent trading activity. The shorts have managed to hit all the stop losses so whatever floor we reach this time , will make a sensible entry point.

Overall stocks (includes SPR) still below 5 year high in US. I'm expecting another six - eight weeks at least of builds but after that, I'm not so sure...
