Wow, the ramping on here. Shame on you all.
Theres more possibility of administration at this moment in time than turnaround. Would say 95% chance of admin, and 4% of acquisition. <1% turnaround.
Maybe it's something you all should be doing, considering percentage of chance of failure.

New world. The only way to restore economies faster when time comes is crude to be well under 20.

It is in the interests of opec long term to ensure oil crashes to super lows

The North Sea oil and gas sector is in a "paper thin" position with oil prices tumbling, the industry has warned. The supply chain in particular is at risk with cash flows already tight following the 2016 downturn.Coronavirus and increased supply have led to a "perfect storm" with evidence that some firms are already down-manning.Oil and Gas UK (OGUK) wants urgent engagement from the UK government so that businesses can access finance.A decision by the oil-producing cartel OPEC to increase production has pushed prices to below $30 a barrel.

1) Putin is dangerous 2) purpose of posting on tlw is to show that the game of brinkmanship between SA and Russia won't go on forever. And well researched rather than paranoid.

Russia's revenues from oil and gas will be US$39.5 billion (3 trillion rubles) lower than planned, due to the tumbling oil prices, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said on Wednesday, adding that Russia's budget will be in deficit this year. The coronavirus pandemic and the lower economic activity, coupled with oil prices half the level before Russia and Saudi Arabia broke up the OPEC+ production cut deal two weeks ago, will weigh on Russia's budget this year, which will tip into deficit.Russia's economy is not going as well as one would have hoped, the finance minister admitted today, saying that the oil price factor alone is set to reduce the country's budget income by nearly US$39.5 billion compared to earlier estimates.

Putin needs POO up. Course he won't admit it, they can devalue the rouble as usual, but his power rests on government spending....and the economy . Ditto House of Saud. None of them will survive in power long before TLW will be in trouble.Expect policy change. Might take a few weeks, but OPEC will be begging for cuts before long. 2016 Jan Feb without the FX reserves....and with coronavirus meaning demand destruction...
