18/3/2020 11:10 | There are positive signs looming on the horizon. Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has called for a meeting of OPEC+ countries through video-conferencing (because of coronavirus fears). We hope the rest of the countries will respond to his invitation to end this devastating state of affairs and bring oil prices back to acceptable levels and benefit all. | teamwork1
18/3/2020 11:06 | All small oil companies face going into administration in these current environment | dbensimon
18/3/2020 10:59 | According to my ex colleague who just got laid off 2 days ago, the tullow board will shortly announce that tullow need help .. I presume they will ask shareholders to raise money at discounted share price or face administration .. everything said makes a lot of sense . . | icac
18/3/2020 10:27 | Equity = Assets - Liability, at low OIL prices, assets are worth a lot less. Also, earnings are a lot lower. Hence share price is where it is. TLW may go into admin at any time. Either projected earnings won't be enough to cover interest and other liabilities or Equity goes into negative. Dor is far too pessimistic and I think has contributed to the current situation. The board may at any time take TLW into admin...IMO, DYOR. If the equity survives it would be a miracle! | justthemoney
18/3/2020 10:20 | Where's my inheritance grandad, Rayrac? You blew some on UKOG, it lost 97% and said sorry ill do better next time. History tells me you never learn from your mistakes despite your age and experience. You invested the remainder in BPC lost 85% in 24hrs, sorry, it won't happen again, you said, then ECO, another 80% lost, if that wasn't bad enough, HUR, was you should have banked, got greedy and lost the lot, well, almost, £500 left for TLW, guess what, another 90% wipeout. The very least we can ask is for you to wind your neck in and stop pretending you know better than everyone else, you do not. I have gone against your advice and bought OPTI because it is generating strong cash faster than the most serious bulls hoped for, this is not evident yet, but it will and when the market resets from armageddon, OPPTI will be one of the first small caps to bounce very strongly. The share price doesn't matter because it will recover, it would only matter if the company needed to raise cash, we know it does not. LTI will add to bring down their average, this will make for a more rapid rise. Just sit and watch. | manc10
