This goes back to supply and demand. Supply of oil is high and demand for oil for the whole of this year will be low. When tullow is not shifting their oils in large volume then they cannot pay off their debt.
The Reason for low in demand of oil?? Covid19.
So the longer covid19 stay around, the bigger trouble tullow will be.

This is something different, in addition, the question which you can’t answer but should be asking is, how many dying of Coronavirus would have died of flu. ICAC - hedging means the oil is bought at that price regardless of whether the purchaser can get it cheaper elsewhere, it's an insurance policy on both sides. It's not optional whether you buy it or not.
