What a day , nearly all my watch list stocks in in red, the markets have crashed like in 2008. But with no recession as of yet. They should suspended trading untill it all settles as its wiping Billions of the value globally. I thought Monday was bad enough.

Yes I can't disagree with that CJTK. Surely now with global markets in freefall OPEC+ has to reconvene. Other OPEC members Are already feeling the pinch already, let alone all the other oil produces across the globe. It would not surprise me at all to see further attacks on Saudi refineries from Iran but houtie rebels.

The new CEO will somewhat change the profile also. Given that there do not appear to be any short term debt pressures that can't be managed, they will want the new person to get off on the right foot. With the right kind of bang, if you like and I believe it very unlikely any deals will be struck without his/hers involvement, particularly on the farm out front.

Yes that's a great summary Bootycall. I have just finished watching the presentation myself and was surprised at the lack of pick-up/ questions from the analysts. What Also stood out for me was the potential disposal(s) being in EXCESS of $1 billion. Dorothy clearly expressed that this was commercially sensitive and was not prepared to give any further comment. Which does suggest that something is in advanced discussion stage. MM explained well that Lower oil prices equals lower taxes which together trade off equally against the RBL. From a production point of you view, Yes everything is very very conservative which suggests that there is lots of potential improvement for 2020. Not much was mentioned either about Ntome 9 well but this also looks like improving 2020 production numbers. Once the disposal news is confirmed this company profile will change entirely. Dorothy has truly reset this business ready for a new CEO and given the circles she mixes in, is very well placed to navigate Tullow through any difficult refinancing should it be required, which actually looks unlikely as prices rise and COVID-19 moves on.

Yes,thanks for Advising, but Saudi Arabia can not sustain a 30$ oil price!Their budget is 70% based on oil revenues!Unless you don't want a civil war in yr country!Same for Russia!2 months with oil at 30$ and is going to be end of story for the young prince!Same for Putin! In America things are not better with election as well!Is the biggest bluff in history!

Just orbiting here due to my interest (not shares presently) in ECO.
We do appear to be in unchartered space but hey, that's all part of the 5 year mission. Timing is the key for re entry into whatever takes one's fancy.

That's a fair question, but the other one is this... can TLW survive at $25 oil until the price recovers to $50-$60, and by extension how long will oil be trading under $50?
