And i still don't see how you relate any market recovery to tullow.

It failed in rising commodity and markets already

We agree on the Dow follow the chart above. Been there done that.

Covid 19 will disappear, interest rates will be negative and governments will look to induce growth and very importantly inflation will be almost too sanguine ....goldilocks.... but the heart attack has to happen on Wall St soon, possibly tonight, for technical reasons imvho. People will start adding now to get in at these levels because they will not be around for long.

Short 30p is as good to make 90% as Short 300p for 90%..both worth the same return

Anyway had all these arguments on HUR at 63p.

Rather just watch it unfold here than repeat

Operational improvements will improve FCF in 2020. I also expect the March update to bolster company confidence. Then you have 100 million of decommissioning costs in 2020 that will not carry over into 2021. This alone should be sufficient to keep the lenders happy (provided oil price doesn't sink further) but if not there is still the possibility of various Asset sales. Short term OPEC can bolster the oil price and China activity will restart. Once some TR1's come through we will start to see who's has been picking up the recent sales. An Israeli Biotech is reported as being weeks away from a vaccine too (if true). Those short at these 30p levels have much more to lose than gain IMHO.

This will fall back sharply as this will only get worse over the weekend many places will be in lock down forcing the banks to call in their loans.

Doubt I need a dilution now tbh

Who in their right mind is even buying the sector?

Never mind selecting HUR or TLW etc for any sector bounce

Your only hope can be a rights issue my friend but that would be stupid of Tullow to allow at these levels. Lower hanging fruit. Need the new CEO to resist that.

As the guy says on Dragon's den ...."Good luck with that".

Even fundamentally Tullow will be told to batten down the hatches and pay off debt (currently $2.8b net). The debt is too big to fail. As long as it has any free cash-flow (after greatly reduced cap-ex) the banks will not rock the boat. Speaking of boats you are going in the wrong direction medium term unless you feel there is more very bad news on the way. I personally think all the bad news is in the market with the only exception of of weak sentiment on the Dow which will change in a flash of computer trading and likely outside London trading hours.

Look Sentiment..... You have benefited not through skill, not through maintaining a stance, not through spamming forums... You are winning on your short for one reason only...

....

Expect dilution anyway. Crude was only a sideline punch

Beautiful
